We don’t talk to her anymore. She screwed me big time. My interactions with her were good in the beginning. She cost me tens of thousands of dollars after this last deal. I’m a decent guy. She was usually here up until a.m. She was always right on.

They did an awesome job, were extremely helpful, explained everything that needed to be done, and did it in a timely manner.

Dasha was excellent! I have used her many times over the years. She went above and beyond what was expected.

Let me start by saying that I'm very stressed by computer changes. I should have asked more questions about how the process worked beforehand so I would have been more prepared to not have my PC available as much as usual that week. Dasha was amazingly patient for me not understanding what was going to happen, and I appreciate that a lot. I doubt that I could have gotten this service from any other big company tech support people. I hadn't had my PC cleaned since I bought it around 2006. When Dasha stopped by to pick it up, I didn't realize that she'd need to take it with her. She offered to loan me another computer so I could have access to my email and the internet while she cleaned my PC. The next day she brought my PC back; however, in the deep cleaning, it released a hidden virus that rendered my PC useless. She gave me a refurbished PC and upgraded it to Windows 7 (I had XP) and she upgraded the Windows Office too. It works much better with the upgrades. She has patiently answered many questions by phone since she cleaned the PC and hasn't charged me for any additional time. I wasn't able to play Spider Solitaire on the refurbished PC like I had on the other PC so for $20 she set me up to get the game working again. It's not quite as fast, but overall I have so much more confidence in the antivirus software and backup she did for me. This was a great value!
