Dave was extremely professional during the home inspection. He was happy to allow me to participate in the inspection, and explained his findings as we went through the home. The inspection was very thorough and he provided extensive photographs for our records. At the conclusion of the inspection he prepared his report on-site and provided it to us in person, summarizing the key findings and sharing his conclusions and recommendations. We really appreciate that Dave made time to perform our inspection on a Saturday to work around our busy schedules, and would definitely recommend him for anyone in need of a home inspection. Greg did a very thorough property inspection including roof and attic and when I walked through the home with him he provided useful tips on things to look for and how various mechanical systems operate and need to be maintained. After the inspection he prepared a detailed report which he gave to me in hard-copy and also emailed to me. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge including expertise in radon detection and mitigation. I would strongly recommend his company.
