Sundance Construction

In early July of 2009 someone from Sundance was going through our neighborhood knocking on doors and offering to look at our roof for hail damage from a storm in the summer of 2008. The service was free so we took advantage of it and if there was damage it would be covered by our insurance. Our roof and siding did have hail damage which our insurance adjuster agreed with so we proceeded to sign papers and have Sundance replace our siding and roof ? for both our 1.5 story home and 2-car garage. The insurance paperwork was ready by the middle of August, but Sundance didn?t start the work until late October. They started our roof late one afternoon and only finished half of it that day and came back to finish the other half the next day ? in the rain. It was another week or so before they came back to start work on the siding. It took almost a week for them to complete the siding and then we still had to ask them to come back and finish the work around the windows that the insurance company had clearly stated would be covered. They came back one Saturday and turned their radio on so loud we could hear it through the closed storm windows and windows that are noise resistant because we live by the airport. Then they seemed rather upset when I asked them to turn the music down because it was so loud. There were several occasions during this process when my husband made time to be at home to meet someone from Sundance only to have him not show up or even call. In the end, they did a nice job but it was so hard to work with them we would not recommend to anyone.
