Description of Work: She came out spent an hour and walked through the house. Said she would leave us an estimate before she left. Never did. Then said she would talk to someone else and send an estimate next day. Never did. Then said she needed to talk to someone else and never did send the estimate. How can I compare estimates when you never send one. No since complaining to management since she said that was her uncle.

Description of Work: Our furnace is an oldie but a goody, ie it has done a good job for us for many years, but everything has a shelf life. The filter system that came with the furnace was an excellent one but very difficult to change and Standard put in a new one that is as effective but so much easier to replace. That made our lives easier and we're all about that. They also come out to check on how the furnace is doing and are completely honest with us, not trying to push us into buying a new one that we don't need yet. The technicians are personable and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company.
