Description of Work: WORKMEN INSTALLED A NEW APRILAIRE HUMIDIFIER TO MY FURNACE. THE FIRST GUY HAD SOME TROUBLE, PERHAPS INSTALLING AN INCORRECT SOLENOID (AS I UNDERSTOOD FROM THE SECOND GUY, WHO ARRIVED LATER TO HELP OUT), SO IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. HOWEVER, BOTH WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM AS A TEAM BASED ON THEIR WORK. THE SECOND GUY NOTED THAT MY FURNACE MODEL AND APPROXIMATE AGE HAS HAD A HISTORY OF CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGERS, AND I GAVE HIM PERMISSION TO INSPECT. SURE ENOUGH, HE DETECTED A CRACK. (IT WAS RUSTED, SO I KNEW HE DIDN'T MAKE IT HIMSELF!) I HAVE SINCE HAD THE HEAT EXCHANGER REPLACED.
