Very well. They identified what was needed, and found an access hatch to the area that we were unaware of, so no additional access needed to be built in when we were replacing the ceiling. Very pleased with them.

Audit went fine although did not learn to much new. Was interesting to see the readings of cold air in the walls

SNAP Construction was extremely attentive to all my questions through the process. They worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was communicated properly, any changes to the plan went through the proper channels, and to make sure I was completely satisfied. I have referred them to friends and have heard the same result. I had dealt with another company with a previous issue at my home and it is absolutely night/day compared to the service SNAP provided.

It went AMAZING!!! Nothing so much as a hiccup. Matt was amazing with his follow through and keeping us up to date with all the installations. I would recommend them and also refer them to whomever needed a new roof.

easy to schedule, spoke with Brian who also came to the house. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and he explained everything clearly as he went along. what was even more impressive is that I paid $29 for an energy audit on an angie's list deal, and the house came up as super efficient and no need for adding insulation. Of course, companies don't make money on the up front inspection and it would have been easy/common to rush to finish the job after the circulation test shows ~3 cycles per hour. Brian was super friendly and thorough even after it was apparent I wouldn't be spending more money. He pointed out a few spots where I can make minor fixes and provided value well above the price of the service.

The representative who came to our house was friendly, professional, answered all our questions, and made useful recommendations without sales pressure. Money well spent.

Did not get a quick response at first but when the did get it schedule they were very delightful to work with. Very knowledgeable in explaining where heat loss and gain are coming from.

I do construction management for a living and I can confidently say that I would highly recommend Snap construction for your next residential project.

I was mostly impressed with the communication and professionalism that the individuals had. I actually went through the process of bidding out 3 different contractors for my attic insulation. While I will admit that snap was not the lowest bid (marginal difference), they were by far the most complete and comprehensive bid I saw. I knew what I was paying for and what I would get out of it. That is what you have to be careful of, contractors give you a vague scope at a low price, then jack up their rates on "changes". Not the case with Snap.  Another really nice thing was that they fill out the rebate paperwork so all I had to do was sign on the line and send it it.  Very simple and they actually maximized the rebate I received, something the other contractors didn't offer.  

Field guys were extremely nice and professional. Both guys introduced themselves and told me what they were going to do and what they needed from me.

Long story short, give them a fair shot and have them quote your next project. Check their bid against competition and I'm confident in the end you will follow in the same path I did and choose Snap construction. The knowledge and upfront honesty is what I look for in my contractors both for work and my personal house. I will most certainly be using Snap in the future and hope you choose to also.

After inquiring on a consultation on Friday, Snap sent Mike out to our house on Tuesday. Mike ran scans through out the first and second stories of our house along with climbing into the attic. Having prior bad experiences on house repairs I feared the worse, however Mike was up front and honest on what I could do to save time/cost and what should be repaired by a professional. Ended up spending a fifth of what I anticipated thankfully to fix the water issue.
