Mitch was excellent from start to finish.  Although this was a small job for him to do, he responded right away to my email and came out promptly to measure the vanity (which wasn't in place yet due to new wall construction).  He returned within two weeks to install my beautiful countertop.  He had to be creative in fitting the top onto a vanity that was surrounded by uneven walls and he did so with excellence.  His professionalism and positive attitude is wonderful.  His workmanship is of excellence.  I appreciated his promptness in responding to my project,  his willingness to quickly fit my small work order into his schedule, and his great attitude.  It was wonderful to deal with one guy from start to finish.  I will be calling him back when we replace our kitchen countertops.

Prompt quote after faxing over approximate counter dimensions.  Called in, and Mitch met my wife and I to show us samples and take exact measurements.  He was prompt, polite, and informative.  We were very comfortable moving forward and he was only the second installer we met with.  Price was very reasonable, and reviews were great.  The process moved quickly, there were installed within a few weeks.  Mitch even met us at the fabricator to make sure we were comfortable with the slab we selected.  Mitch and his father showed up on the install date right on time, and the job was done in a few hours as estimated.  Counters look great, and after 3 months no issues.  As they were working on the counter tops I was doing yard work. Mitch's dad even tinkered with my lawn mower and helped me get it started after finding a clogged carb!  Would highly recommend.

From the initial email interactions to the in home measurements and materials selection the process went well. We're completely satisified with the materials, workmanship and installation. Their website, responsiveness and competitive price were the primary reasons we selected them.

I submitted an online estimate and received a response the next day.  It was a very good price so I contacted Mitch for a consultation.  We found a color/pattern and scheduled a time for installation.  Mitch contacted me the day he went to pick up the stone slab and wanted me to go look at it because he was concerned about the color and some splotches that were on it.  I went and while the color tone was only slightly lighter the splotches were big and distracting.  I ended up picking out a different color/pattern.  I very much appreciated his contacting me and bringing to my attention beforehand versus coming and having to find out the day of installation.  I was worried that it may put us off schedule but Mitch confirmed we would still be able to be on schedule.  Everything went as scheduled and it only took a few hours.  The countertops look wonderful!

Working with Mitch was great.  He responded to my emails within minutes and was on-time to all appointments.   It was our choice to delay our installation for a few weeks.  During this time,  Mitch was out of the country.   He was literally on the other side of the world for a month.  He kept in touch by email and answered all my questions.   He gives great customer service and the installation was perfect.   I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Process couldn't have gone smoother.  I had originally gotten an estimate from another company that was going to take over 6 weeks for the countertop to come in and a price of $2500.  I then found the Silestone guys and called Mitch for a second estimate.  He was able to come right out to take measurements and not only beat my original bid by $500 but was able to get the countertop within 3 weeks!

It went great.  We removed the old counter top and moved around the floor cabinetry; they came in, measured and installed the counter top to our specs.  They did a nice job, were courteous, patient with questions and responsive.  Very professional.  I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Mitch was able to measure the counter top within a day of our call and had it installed within three weeks.  There was one mistake made, but the prompt response and willingness to do what it took to ensure we were satisfied showed true professionalism.

I started by going to Home Depot and really liked Silestone but their service wasn't good.  I then went on Angie's List and saw the reviews for the Silestone Guys.  Mitch was a pleasure to work with.  He brought the samples to my house so I could see all my options in the space so I could select the best color.  He got me larger samples of my favorites.  He left the samples at my house so I could get a second opinion before making my final selection.  He was "beyond responsiveness" coming over a few days after I called with my selection to measure.  He called to let me know the date it would be ready and then came to install.  The install is beautiful.  The plumber, who hooked up the sink, said that he is always impressed with the beauty of the Silestone Guys lines/cuts and how they don't leave gaps like he sees with other installs.  They cleaned up very thoroughly and I am so pleased with the outcome.  I think this is one of the best decisions I've made in updating my house.  I love the finished look, the color and the their service was stellar.

He was simply wonderful to work with--personable and professional.    Mitch returned my calls and emails promptly.  There was no pressure at all to use his company.  After he visited and gave us his bid, he advised us to make us to talk to other contractors and get other bids so we could make knowledgeable decisions.  He even made suggestions that saved us money.  The entire job only took two days--just as he promised.  Their clean-up was great.  I would highly recommended Mitch and his company.

The job went well.  They did good work.  They only had to drill one hole, and they did that outside.

From my first contact with Mitch he provided excellent customer service.  I emailed a drawing of my counter top, he sent back an estimate, he came out to measure, estimate stayed the same, he ordered the product and it was installed.  It was a smooth process from start to finish.  I had gotten 4 other estimates.  Not only was this the best estimate, but the only one that would install with no seams.  I was very impressed with the customer service I received and the quality work Mitch and crew performed.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were the best bid out of five companies. The work was completed as specified and as requested, on time. He even completed the installation on Saturday as requested. Mitch and his father were very pleasant to deal with. I enthusiastically give them my highest recommendation.

They had the countertop installed done in 2 hours, on a Saturday morning. It looks great. They were quick, quiet, and pleasant to chat with while the install was going on. Their price was fantastic. It was about a 2 week lead time for the product (a little faster than standard around town) - this is really dependent on Silestone and not the installer. I'm having them quote a tile backsplash now too, because the countertop job went so well.

It went very well. The only delay I experienced was in getting the sink and faucet I had ordered (from another company). The countertop fabrication work was completed fairly quickly and Mitch waited patiently to do the installation while I awaited delivery of the sink and faucet that he needed to complete the cut-outs as part of the installation. He and his father did the installation quickly and removed all debris. When I requested a sample of the material a few days after the installation (so I could take it along for a color match when I shop for towels) he graciously mailed one out to me.

Mitch Ficocello was excellent to work with. I emailed him a rough sketch of our kitchen countertops, including dimensions and he emailed me back an estimate, along with options for edges and an under-counter sink. Then Mitch came to our home, showed us samples, showed us the sink which was free as part of the deal and took his own measurements. I had under-measured, in a few areas and he kept his original estimate in place. On the day of the installation, Mitch and his dad showed up on time for the installation. They rolled tarps into our home to walk on, did their job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up throroughly and left us with a magnificant new countertops. They were friendly, easy to work with, very experienced and did high quality work.
