Overall, they did an outstanding service. The installers were professional, they made some adjustment that could have caused extra charges, but they didn't charge extra. Provided us extra services that other service providers would have charge extra for like taking the time out to explain things and travel charges.

After several visits to their showroom, determined that silestone was the best product for our space and how we use the kitchen and our desire that many could be working/socializing at once. Got great help picking out the right product and color! Timeliness to have someone come out and measure was very good. Person sent to measure was thorough enough it seemed until the installers came and complained that the cabinets were uneven at the top. When they were here they worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves. When done, they just left without any word that they were done. This struck both of us as very strange ways to install. Oh well, we now have a fabulous kitchen that is a pleasure to use and cook in.

Everyone I worked with was cordial and helpful. My old counters had to be removed in order to make a template and then were temporarily reinstalled until the new counters arrived. The person who measured and the installers arrived on time and cleaned up when they when they were finished. The installers hauled away my old sink as well as the counter tops. The new counters are flawless and actually look better than I had envisioned.

The countertop was brought to my property 3 times. The first two times were unacceptable because the battens showed through the product. The salesperson agreed with me that it was not acceptable. They took it back and worked on it and came back to install for the third time. Upon the third install, the battens still showed through. The edges and seams were not done properly and there were dips. They did a very poor job of fabricating the product. They left gauges in my walls and pulled off paint.

WHILE WE DO APPRECIATE THE MEMBER''S FRUSTRATION, ALL THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE MATERIAL SHE SELECTED WAS PROVIDED TO HER BEFORE SHE MADE HER FINAL SELECTION. THIS MIGHT HAVE HAD A BETTER OUTCOME HAD WE RE-ITERATED THE MATERIAL ISSUES, BUT WE DID NOT. AFTER THE COUNTERTOPS WERE INSTALLED AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THIS MATERIAL AND THE INSTALLATION WOULD NOT MEET THE MEMBER''S NEEDS AND THAT NO MATTER WHAT ELSE WAS DONE, THIS WOULD NOT END WITH A PLEASED CUSTOMER, WE DID WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS BEST AND GAVE THE MEMBER A FULL REFUND. WE ALSO LEFT THE COUNTERTOPS IN PLACE FOR HER TO KEEP WHILE SHE DECIDED WHAT DIRECTION WAS BEST FOR HER. WE REGRET THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO MEET HER NEEDS AND WE APOLIGIZE FOR ANY FRUSTRATION SHE SUFFERED. IT WAS CERTAINLY NOT OUR INTENTION TO HAVE THIS BE AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR HER, AND WE HOPE THAT OUR RESPONSE TO THE SITUATION WAS SATISFACTORY."

THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO LOOK AT THE JOB, THEN A PROFESSIONAL MEASUREMENT WAS DONE, AND THEN THE INSTALLERS DID THEIR JOB. THEY WERE TIMELY AND VERY CONCERNED WITH NOT DAMAGING ANY THING IN THE HOUSE FROM THE FLOORING, CABINETS, APPLIANCES. THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA (INCLUDING OUTSIDE). DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND SHOWCASE COUNTERTOPS. THEY HAVE A VERY NICE SHOWROOM.

EXCELLENT OVERALL. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND HELPFUL IN WORKING W/US TO MAKE A DECISION. A WIDE SELECTION OF OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. THEIR COMMUNICATION RE: SCHEDULING A TIME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND THE TIMING OF THE ACTUAL INSTALL WAS NOT GOOD.

GORDY & BRUCE AT THE STORE WERE GREAT, KNEW THEIR STUFF, AND WERE FUN TO DEAL WITH (REFRESHING). EVERYTHING WENT AS PLANNED, MEASUREMENTS AND INSTALLATION WERE PERFECT. TARPS WERE LAID OUT TO PROTECT FLOORS AND CARPETS. THEY WERE TOTALLY DONE IN 2 HOURS. MY COUNTERTOPS LOOK FANTASTIC, EVERY PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE WAS A#1.
