SHAUN'S DRYWALL

Great. As expected and fast. Great communication.

We were on a deadline with some other work, so Shaun brought a crew and got it done quickly. You can never see the quality until the paint is on, and it was perfectly done.

We had a flood on the main level of our home that damaged the finished basement ceiling and left it with about 40 holes 4 inches in diameter.   It was a mess.  We had 4 contractors give bids.  Shaun's bid came in somewhere in the middle price wise but he was far and away the most complete in his bid and description of what he would do, and he was the most honest in the anticipated results without removing the entire ceiling.  He also showed me how to plug the holes myself and he knocked some money off his bid as a result.  The ceiling turned out far better than my wife and I expected, it looks incredible and we couldn't be happier.
While he was there we also had him re-install an arch to a doorway that had been widened.  Two of the contractors outright refused to do the arch, one required somebody else to do the framing.  Shaun seemed far and away to be the most confident in doing it.  He did a great job matching it to the other arched doorways.  It looks like it's always been there which is a testament to his work
Two things impressed me the most.  First, we had one small spot on the arch where the mud cracked.  I called him and he was at our house within an hour to fix the spot.  Second, somebody else mentioned that he didn't do a good job cleaning up.  My wife will attest to the fact that when he left you couldn't tell he had been there.  Drywall dust gets everywhere but he did a great job cleaning up, especially considering the arch was between our kitchen and dining room and both have wood flooring.  
I will use him again as needed and highly recommend him.

He did an okay job. His sanding and clean-up was not as good as past contractors.

Shaun came in, bid the job, and when it was time to start, he started. He's pleasant, has nice people working for him, and took care to seal off other areas of the house to control dust. The work is flawless.

Shaun is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He made sure I was happy with the work that was done. I would highly recommend his company
