They were willing to come out immediately when all the other companies that I called said that they couldn't come out until the following week. They fixed some of the issues and then they referred another company for what they couldn't do and everything worked fine. They were really good. The cleanup was excellent. They got the heating on right away and there were no complaints from the renters and they did the job fairly quickly. They were very cordial over the phone. So I had a good experience with them. Their price was right in line with everybody else.

After getting other estimates, we chose "sharp" because they were priced right, on time, and professional. They did paperwork so we could get out rebates properly.

Excellent as always. Mike thoroughly checked the entire system, Tools all necessary roadings, did mihar adjustments and explained all need done.

They left nails, screws, and sharp metal pieces from the install, as well as stripped hose connections which caused a leak onto the floor. They said not to worry about it and to just put a bucket on the floor! Another company that came out to do the repair work confirmed that the lines had been stripped because it was done wrong. The inspector wouldn't even sign off on their work, which is why we called the other company to do repairs. Their professionalism was NOT there. They were not personable and even defended their work when the other company called them regarding the issues.

They came in through our local gas company and we spent $4600 and I think it was 98% heat efficient. We have a lot of pets and plants that need to be hydrated. They were certified installer from the gas company and were hired for something, but since we used them for other things. They are going to be moving our furnace from where they installed it to the basement. They are going to remove all the gas lines, redo the sheet metal work for the ducts and re-certify the furnace. They were great and came in and did everything in less than a day and were perfect. They showed me how to work the thermostat and we had a regular old dial before. The price was a little high. They were very clean and did well for me.

One of the blowers in my furnace went out about a year after I bought my house. Sharp Heating had there sticker on the furnace. I called them up and told them the problem. They had a good idea what was wrong and ordered the part that I needed. About 1-2 weeks later they came out and installed it. They were very professional and friendly.
