Crew of three arrived right on-time at 10:30 am. I had mistakenly written down 1:30 and they quickly offered to come back later that day. There was no need from my perspective. It was my error and we proceeded. They quickly worked with one man inside and one outside on the same windows assuring they were streak less. The third man unlocked windows and removed screens inside and out. The two who were inside carefully removed their shoes, which I greatly appreciated with white wall to wall carpeting. As they worked their way around the house, I was most impressed with the level of detail they put into the job. I have grids in some windows, which were carefully removed, cleaned and replaced. Some gentle coaxing was employed to remove the stubborn residue built up along the grid edges of the windows and they were most patient scraping and going over it several times. The entire job, 36 windows, was completed and cleaned up in an hour and fifteen minutes. The young men were personable and extremely professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others looking for high quality, fair pricing in a young company.

The young men did a WONDERFUL job on my windows; they have never been so clean. Honestly, you have to look to see if there is really glass inside the frames! The policy of this company is that they clean each side of the window twice to make sure they are spotless. They used ladders to reach my second story foyer and the 3rd story walk out. I also had them clean my impossible to reach and CLEAN, chandelier (extra 30 dollars) They took off their shoes inside the house, were extremely respectful moving about the house. Nothing was disturbed or out of place when they left; only sparkling clean windows that I love to look at. When the job was completed, one of the young men walked me through every every room of the house pointing out nicks, hail damage or any other pre-existing windows conditions.....that is helpful because I have an insurance adjuster coming out for hail damage; I didn't even know that my windows were damaged from the storm. Every window was sparkling clean and I didn't see a streak or spot on any of them; if there had been, they would have gladly re-cleaned those windows. I called the company for information and set up a cleaning date 3 weeks later; I had an event that I was planning and wanted to wait to have the windows clean just prior to the event. They were flexible with scheduling and their website is detailed enough that you will know exactly what you will be paying before they show up. Their service calculator lets you know the cost before you call them and they do confirm the price before they begin the work. All in all, wonderful job and I will definitely use them again next year!

Don returned my call quickly. No problem scheduling a time that worked for me. Some notes that had no affect on the results: the crew does not come dressed in a 'uniform' as the picture on their flyer indicates. Although Don and I had talked about the job, the crew arrived thinking they were only going to clean one side of the windows, and didn't seem to know about the inside screens. It was no problem however, because they happily took on the whole job and got right to work.
