About us
David Russel Felt and Ryan William Clarkson started the company and contributed their middle names to form Russel Williams Window Cleaning LLC. Our Crews are in teams of 2-3 depending on the amount of work that day. Each team member has been hand selected by the owner of Russel Williams. Each person has high integrity, a strong work ethic, and strong personal values. When Russel Williams first started cleaning windows it was a group of friends that went to Bethel University that wanted to not only enjoy their job and have job satisfaction, but to also make all of our customers thrilled with their windows. We continue these values to this day and look forward to providing only the highest quality of work to each and every customer.

Both window cleaners were very friendly, professional and got the job done fast. They did a good job on hard to reach windows.
Everything went well. Professional and courteous. I didn't have the exact tint picked out before the day they arrived to apply the tint. They had one that I liked and so it was not an issue. But I recommend that you pick out your tint prior to the day they arrive to apply it.
Right from the beginning, Angie was friendly and easy to work with as I attempted to find a company to provide powerwashing, gutter, cleaning, and window washing. She was able to accommodate a small scheduling window for me, which I appreciated.
Next, Matt came later that day to do the estimating. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He discovered that we had some top grade gutter guards in place, and confirmed that our gutters did not need cleaning. (We had recently purchased the property and were unaware of the gutter guards.) He even went above and beyond by pulling out some debris that had collected in a couple of roof corners. He listened carefully to my questions and requests, and had an estimate prepared within about 10 minutes.
Mike and Dave were the 2-man crew who did the work. Mike called 30 minutes before their arrival to let me know exactly when to expect them...and they arrived right on time. Mike asked me to review any special requests or concerns, which I appreciated. Having forgotten about 5 glass panels in my deck railing, I asked him to add those into the job, and the charge was just another $20.
The guys got right to work and were very respectful of my property...both inside and outside. Both were friendly and easy to work with. They did the outside work first, as requested, and then completed the inside work quickly and efficiently. Mike helped me identify where one of my lower level windows was leaking. He also offered to clean our large foyer mirror. We had just hung it a week or so ago, and we hadn't had a chance to clean it yet from our move. He noticed it and asked if he could clean it for us. As I inspected their work, I found a few small things that I asked them to do again, and they were very respectful and happily did what I asked. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. And my house and windows look awesome!
No surprises when it came time to settle the bill. It was just exactly what Matt had written up in his estimate, other than the additional $20 due for the extra 5 windows on the deck. After the guys left, I noticed something that I hadn't seen while they were here. It was something very simple, but it required a tall ladder, which I didn't have. I called the office, and Megan handled the whole thing for me very quickly...and with a very friendly attitude. She arranged to have the guys stop back at the end of the day and take care of the minor little issue for me. I really appreciated the friendly no-hassle response from Megan.
I rely on service providers to handle household chores that I'm either unable to do, or simply don't have time to get to myself. Having just moved to Minnesota from another state, I am starting from scratch, and finding reliable service providers who I feel comfortable having in my home can sometimes be a challenge. I will be having my house powerwashed every year, and depending on how they hold up, I'll have the windows washed at least annually, or maybe twice a year. I am delighted to have found Russel Williams, and I intend to use them from now on. Finding a great service provider is like gold to me...and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience I had with Russel Williams.
