Very Smooth !

I had 2 computers that needed attention: a laptop that had crashed the year before and a desktop that was 7 years old and shuts itself off for no reason. I had spent $500 with Dell on the laptop and it hadn't been the same-wouldn't connect to my wireless modem among other things. I contacted Pro-Tech on a Friday afternoon and I had an appointment for Randy to come out that following Thursday-a day I requested. Randy worked on both computers that afternoon. He removed software that bogged up my computers and installed free anti-virus software. The laptop is up and running great. The desktop does need to be replaced and Randy provided some good recommendations for a replacement. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He spent over three hours at my home working on both computers. I fully expected a bill for over $500 as I had priced the Geek Squad and other computer repair services. He is definitely worth it!

They were reasonable did a thorough job explaining things I had questions about.

Called Randy Clark around noon, he told me he could possibly do it after 3 pm, depending on how that job went. Got a call around 5:15 ....he was on his way!!!! After about 1 1/2 hrs he had it all done....the internet was working, he got the camera to work and the wireless router and laptop all working!!!!! This man came out on a Friday evening to help us out, and to top it off...he was suppose to be on vacation. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend his services.

He was very patient, very knowledgeable, was so willing to sit and keep answering our questions and especially explaining everything in words we could understand. He was on time and showed up and was very professional.

Randy responded promptly to my inquiry on his website, providing onsite service within a couple of days of that call. He was punctual, courteous, and nice to talk with. He explained what he was doing and made suggestions on how to avoid potential problems. I did have problems after he left so I contacted him, and he came over the next afternoon and didn't make me feel like he was put out by having to come again. He even contacted me two days later just to make sure all was going smoothly. I would use Protech Computer Solutions again.

Randy did an excellent job. Prompt and respectful service. He is a former Enterprise computer specialist, and it shows that he knows what he is doing. More than just the average support guy; he can listen and communicate very well.
