I've been taking my garments to Prestige for years, and I've never been disappointed. I've always been satisfied with their work, whether it entails simple cleaning, stubborn stain removal, or repairs and alterations. My special thanks Linda for her skills as a seamstress and attention to detail.

The last time I tried to wash and dry a "dry clean only" comforter, I ended up with an inhomogeneous lump. After replacing said comforter, I decided to give Prestige Cleaning a try. They did a wonderful job! It looked and smelled beautiful, and they even managed to avoid damaging the intricate embroidery across the top. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Overall, good. A little pricier than I like, but perhaps that due to the green cleaning methods???

They do a GREAT job!! We have never had any problems whatsoever because of the meticulous care they take for your clothes.

They do an excellent job and have never lost an item of ours. One time a blouse was stained because someone else left a lipstick in their pocket. They completely took responsibility for it and made it right. We will continue to bring our stuff here.

It was good. They were very professional. I am kinda big on helping the environment, and they did a good job in explaining the chemicals in their shop and how they don't hurt the environment.

It was frustrating when gas prices went up because they stopped coming out to my house. They were one of the best dry cleaners I have had. They did an absolute excellent job.

They did a great job, and were very customer service oriented. I also was able to use a $10.00 coupon from Angie's List which was a great benefit.

The jacket was really pretty dirty and they did a nice job of cleaning it. The faux fur was not damaged, either. All in all, courteous, conscientious work. I plan to use their services again. (Also, the actual place of business was clean and bright, not grimy.)

I use them on a regular basis. They use non-toxic formulas for their cleaning that is why I like them. I am happy with them. The prices are comparable. You don't have an odor to your clothes.

They are an fabulous company. They have never made a mistake on our cleaning.

One of my blue dress shirts came back with very visible mold stains on the neck and on the front of the shirt. No tag was attached by Prestige indicating the problem existed prior to cleaning. I was told by an employee to bring the shirt to Tad (the new owner) during his working hours. I returned three days later and showed Tad the shirt. His immediate response was that he "remembered?" my specific shirt and that it arrived with mold on it (which is untrue). He could not explain why a tag was not placed on the shirt specifying the problem. He eventually agreed to give me a store credit for the damage to my shirt ($30) and acknowledged that they "sometimes make mistakes." During my next visit an employee told me that Tad stated my shirt also had a pink stain on it (also untrue). In my opinion, this is an issue of business integrity and credibility. I have "zero" confidence that I will be treated fairly in the future. I will not return to Prestige.

The woman at the desk who initially took my dry cleaning would not let me tell her where all the stains were on my clothes. I told her that another dry cleaner did not remove them and showed her one, but she stopped me and told me that she would look the clothes over and mark all the stains. Well, one stain was near the zipper on a skirt and, of course, it was not removed because I'm sure she didn't see it. I had to take the skirt back and have them remove it. Luckily, they were able to do it while I waited, but I did have to take it back which was inconvenient.

I am new to the area and found Prestige via Angie's List. The staff was very friendly and helpful and suggested that laundering, rather than dry cleaning, would be best for my needs. Comforter was ready the next afternoon, and was also packaged in a plastic, zippered bag complete with handle! Excellent service. I will bring my dry cleaning there in the future.

The 2 employees I met (one at drop off and one at pick up) were polite, energetic and efficient. The work was done on time. The dress was properly wrapped. I was very satisfied with the work.

I highly recommend Prestige Cleaning Center, both for routine dry cleaning and for re-weaving. They did an outstanding job of re-weaving several holes in a vintage woolen skirt to which I have great sentimental attachment. Looking at the garment from the front, I cannot tell where the holes were, only by examining the reverse side can I discern the areas where the fibers have been so deftly re-woven. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and the cost of re-weaving was reasonable. I am delighted with the outcome.

THEY ARE POLITE AND ON TIME. THEIR METHOD OF CLEANING DOES NOT SMELL AS MUCH AS THE REGULAR METHOD AND DOES A BETTER JOB. THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE IS WONDERFUL.

GREAT PLACE! THE GREEN PROCESS WAS WHAT BROUGHT ME THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE, BUT I'LL RETURN FOR THE SERVICE TOO. I BROUGHT IN MY QUILT COVER AND WAS READY TO PAY WHATEVER IT TOOK FOR THE CLEANING, BUT THE CASHIER VOLUNTEERED A FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER DISCOUNT I NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR AND HAD IT READY WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I LOVE BUSINESSES THAT UNDERSTAND THAT LOSING A BUCK TODAY IS WORTH IT FOR WHAT YOU GAIN IN THE LONG-RUN!

THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS VERY GOOD, ALTHOUGH A BIT EXPENSIVE. I DO APPRECIATE THAT THEY USE A GREEN CLEANING PROCESS THAT LEAVES THE CLOTHES ODOR FREE AND I'M SURE THIS COSTS A BIT EXTRA, BUT I'D RATHER DO WITHOUT THE TRADITIONAL DRY-CLEANING CHEMICAL.

PRESTIGE PICKS UP AND DELIVERS DRY CLEANING AT NO CHARGE! THEY CAME TO PICK UP MY DRY CLEANING THE DAY AFTER I CALLED, AND DELIVERED IT, CLEAN, 2 DAYS LATER. THEY ALSO USE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DRY CLEANING PRODUCTS, SO THE CLOTHES SMELL CLEAN, NOT LIKE CHEMICALS. THIS IS A GREAT DRY CLEANER!

COAT TURNED OUT GREAT. I APPRECIATE THAT THEY USE THE GREEN TECHNIQUE--NEITHER THE SHOP NOR MY COAT SMELLED OF CHEMICALS. THEY GAVE ME COUPONS FOR $ OFF MY NEXT CLEANING BILL, TOO.
