Signed up over the phone and got a few options on type of water, amount of bottles per month, etc.  They deliver water bottles once/month and pick up the unused ones.  This has been way more convenient than doing it myself.  I already had a water cooler and would buy the bottles at Home Depot.  The prices are reasonable and I no longer have to do (much) heavy lifting.  Have had 3 deliveries so far with no issues.

I am in a zone where they only deliver every few weeks. I call them once I put the last water bottle on. I have been using their services for about a year. If you do not pay the bill on time they add $10 onto it without notice.

I previously used Glenwood Inglewood for water delivery. When they closed down, I haven't used anyone for a while. I wanted to start delivery service again. In looking at the providers, Premium Waters had a variety of waters. I gave them a call and mentioned who I had used in the past. They asked if I had my old account number. When I gave it to them, they had my records on file. They set-up a delivery for the next day. It was delivered on time and they took my old empties. I like the new handles on the 5 gallon jugs. They make it easier to carry up the stairs.

It goes very well. They call me and let me know when to put our bottles out.

Premium Waters has been delivering 5-gallon bottles of Chippewa Spring Water to my house once per month for over 20 years. They provide an annual delivery schedule, and the deliveries are very reliable. With each delivery, they pickup the empty bottles in the garage and leave the full bottles. I leave my garage service door unlocked, in case I am not at home. They provided a room temperature dispenser 21 years ago, and it has worked super. Only once did I need a new spigot, which they provided at no cost. Recently I had to cancel a monthly delivery because I was on vacation. Upon returning, I made a visit to their office to pickup two 5-gallon bottles (to cover my needs until the next delivery). This transaction could not have been easier - from the receptionist to the dock worker who loaded bottles in my vehicle. I have had a long relationship with Premium Waters, and I am very happy with the service they provide to me.

Customer service at this company is THE BEST. Very friendly and helpful on the telephone. We recently had our office space remodeled, and DJ the sales rep came to the office and looked at our floor plan and helped us find a space for the water cooler and water supply that would work for our new configuration. Then when the delivery person came to set up the new system, he helped move file cabinets to get the best configuration. I have found everyone at this company to go out of their way and they are all so nice! A+++

Excellent, reliable service. Very responsive on the few times we have had to contact this company.
