Pest Control
Both Luke and Spencer have come to my house and both of them have done an excellent job. They are very thorough and very willing to address any concerns I have. I was afraid that once I signed a contract and paid, they would be hard to reach or that they might skimp on visits but that has not been the case.

They came when they said they would, they came back at no cost when the last application failed to prevent box elder bugs from returning. We wish they would sweep up the bugs after the kill. We have had no ant or wasp issues after their applications. We insist on low toxicity products, so I don't know if that effects effectiveness. There is no odor or allergy flare after they apply their products. Spence is professional and courteous to deal with.

I think they did a good job. They communicate well. They have great follow up service. They use a slow kill type of service, so they sometimes have to come back out. I would have liked it if they had called when they were late, though.
