Robbie turned a very stressful situation which could have ended with lost data, lost photos, lost emails, lost contact information, etc  into a quantum leap forward in our computer situation at home.  Instead of replacing our laptop for several thousand dollars and losing all of our data, we were thrilled to recover all of data and get an updated, better running version of our own laptop for $650.  We paid an additional $125 for Robbie to set up our Time Capsule wireless network and answer all of our questions.   We have far fewer computer worries and frustrations after Robbie's 2 visits, and we never even had to leave home.  We are so glad we found him!
