The concrete crew came in one day to break up the old sidewalk and set up framing for the new sidewalk. The following day the cement truck came and the crew hustled to get the sidewalk poured and that same evening the frame work came down and left a beautiful sidewalk exposed.

Everyone was excellent to deal with and very professional including the salesman, crew chief and crew. All materials were top of the line and installation was flawless. The job was done on time and everything was cleaned up and hauled away.

Ben discovered that the roof itself does not appear to be the issue at this time, but instead a rusted rain cap on a chimney. Ben inspected the entire roof, and did caulk up a few possible problem areas. He refused to charge me for this, but instead asked me to have him quote a new roof when I'm ready. Ben was prompt, courteous, and professional, and I'd be happy to call him and Patrick Miller Construction again.

The quote was detailed and well explained. The team on the roof was hard-working, professional and very through in their clean-up over the three days of roofing. When we had a question about the shingles, they put us in touch with the manufacturer's rep. We were out of town the first two days of roofing and appreciated that Ron kept us updated with calls and photos. They were the highest of three bids but we felt they would get the job done professionally, with good workmanship and in a timely manner...... and we were not disappointed. We were happy with the results and have asked them to bid on some additional home improvement projects.

We had a wonderful experience with the Patrick Miller team. The flashing addition was a requirement on a quick home closing, and they were able to squeeze us in between jobs to meet a very tight deadline. Communication was always timely, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

Patrick Miller was really great. I had constant 24/7 contact with their Sales Rep Alan, who guided me incredibly professionally through the process. All work was done professionally and on time. When I addressed issues with Alan, there was usually someone out there within the week if not sooner to fix any problems and even handle extra requests at no charge. Ended up working with them on a remodel as well (that review will come later). Patrick Miller is the real deal. Highly recommended.

Addie Harrison met with the adjustor, handled all the details and got everything back in order.

Excellent. She came and inspected the roof, on schedule. She said the roof has five to seven years of remaining life, and that it does not need attention at this time. She spotted a few areas where the caulk was going to soon fail. She added caulk to those areas as a preventive measure, and did not charge for the service. Excellent! When the time comes, I will be using their service. Very pleased!

Excellent team to work with! Ben Downey was our contact/project manager. He couldn't have been more professional, courteous, and thorough in working with us on the re-roofing project Ben was responsive to all questions, even staying late one evening after our initial meeting to anchor a temporary covering on the roof ahead of a rainstorm. He was patient in working with my elderly mother to explain all the details of what they would be doing. We worked with our insurance company to detail the damage and secure approval to go ahead with replacing the entire roof. His team was prompt in arriving and efficiently completing the job as planned. Any they did a very through job cleaning up afterwards to make sure there weren't any nails/screws left around the house. Even texting me photos of the progress! Its nice to know that there are still locally-owned, family-run businesses with kind, knowledgeable, caring, trust-worthy project managers like Ben that you can count on. I'd recommend them to any friends/family who are looking for a professional job, done right the first time, by a company that makes you feel like you're working with an old friend.

Ben was great. He was on time and very responsive. We had a million questions and concerns. He heard all our questions. Ultimately we determined to take a wait and see approach. Other vendors would likely have attempted to upsell us. Ben said that while he would live to sell us some expensive repairs, there wasnt any work to do as of yet.

Things went very well. I initially intended to purchase a big deal for a roof tune up. I called the company with a couple clarifying questions and was told that i could just schedule a visit rather than purchase the deal. Alan came out right on time. He talked to me a lot about our roof, answered all of my questions and provided advice, and never attempted to push me in a particular direction or sell me anything. he was able to caulk the majority of the places I was concerned about and then gave me the remainder of the tubing to use later if i chose. when I asked him, he also gave me an estimate on a ceiling repair we are planning to do sometime soon. Best of all, he did not charge me for the work he performed. I will certainly keep his card on hand and remember his company as we prepare to tackle bigger jobs in the future. Thanks!

We had a hail storm. I called Ron from Patrick millerconstruction. He took care of all the details. He met with the adjustor, handled all the paper work. Managed the job And all I had to do was write checks. The house looks great and they cleaned up well. I would strongly recommend

I have been really impressed with this company. They were able to identify the source of water that was repeatedly entering our basement despite our previous attempts to remedy the situation. They addressed this by pouring concrete into an adjacent  flower bed that was serving as a source of water entry; then they graded the new concrete to encourage the water to run aware from the house. Additionally, the created an underwater drain and pipe system to lead water run-off from our roof to a distant point where it would not return to the house.

The team also took down our old siding because we discovered that our house had not been wrapped or insulated when it was built in the 1990s. They found a lot of chronic water damage in the boards under the old siding. They documented all of this water damage very professionally and kept us up to date at all times. They were able to provide us with rapid and accurate estimates of the cost of these unanticipated repairs. Their customer service representative was able to explain the repairs and the recommended improvements in terms that I could understand. At the end, he walked us through the entire project and answered all of our questions patiently so that we truly understood what had been done to fix the problems and improve our property.   

Overall, I have been very impressed by both the workmanship and the professionalism that was demonstrated by the crew and their leaders. We would definitely hire them to do additional work on our house.

I had to replace my roof this Spring and after researching several companies I decided to hire Patrick Miller Construction, Inc. I decided to go with them after meeting the owner, Patrick, and his sales team, Addie and Ron. Throughout the job Addie and Ron were very friendly, patient, and dedicated to making sure the job was done right -- their customer service skills really shined.

Justin was the project manager and really listened to my concerns, as well as Phil, the operations manager.  Sigundo was the lead roofer and I found him to be very attentive in making sure I was happy with the quality and craftsmanship of their work. Everyone did an excellent job cleaning up. I also appreciate their emphasis on standing100% behind their work.

A representative from Patrick Miller Construction scheduled time to come to our home, look at our window which needed replacing to provide a quote. She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us an education on windows – what our options were, the differences in the glass types, the grids, etc. She also made a recommendation to us which, at the end of everything, made the most sense for what we needed/wanted. She gave us a quote and we put 10% down. Very easy transaction. She told us someone would come over to take additional measurements to ensure the right windows were ordered from the manufacturer. This happened very quickly; however, after the he took measurements, he noted how complex the window was. He scheduled time for the manufacturer of the window to come out as well. Talk about great service! The windows were ordered and installed beautifully. The gentleman who did the actual installation was super too. And the man who painted the trim did a flawless job, in my opinion. 

Patrick Miller Construction also scheduled the appointment for the city to come inspect the windows and they installed carbon monoxide detectors on our upper floors as well as smoke alarms where they were needed.

It’s clear the men and women who work for Patrick Miller Construction are professionals who keep up with the current code, know their trade and products and are willing to share their knowledge. They not only make sure their customers get outstanding service, but the WANT their customers happy with results. I cannot express how wonderful each and every person involved in the process was/is. Everyone was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and polite. And our new windows couldn't be better: they keep the cold out, the heat in and external noises outside. We are so pleased - and they look stunning!
