Found the source of a couple small leaks.  Took numerous photos of the entire roof conditions.  Provided a reasonable estimate to replace shingles.  Very timely, courteous and professional. I expect I will have them back this fall or next spring to replace the shingles.

We had ordered windows and had a contractor lined up to install them and after we received the windows he realized  the project was more then he could handle.   We were installing a very large bay window, another very large 4 panel window and a smaller single window.   Patricks team did an awesome job, all the old windows were hauled away and the installed windows look great. The final bill was less then the original quote.  Very happy with the whole process. 

I would never use them again. I have a two year old roof and they came out and did that on and they tried to sell me $2,000 in roof repairs which I couldn't believe. I called another roofer from Angie's List out, I told them what had happened, he came and look and he said "I hate to tell you this but there's absolutely nothing wrong with your roof." They were on time.

Patrick arrived and conducted a full roof inspection as promised; caulked as needed and provided a written assessment of issues to consider when a new roof is needed.  He said he would provide photos taken at the time which haven't arrived yet.  Patrick was professional and very personable.  He shared a lot of his roofing knowledge to us as it pertained to our questions and the industry in general.  We enjoyed meeting with him and were very impressed with his dedication.

I felt Patrick was very professional and I concurred with his conclusions.

FABULOUS!  Everything was done to perfection.  Work was done Professionally by a Crew that really knew their stuff.  Top quality shingles and products were used.  We are extremely pleased!

Chris was extremely thorough in his assessment.  Our roof was in very bad shape, which we knew.  Chris provided an estimate for a whole new roof; however, at the time we opted for the simple band-aid approach to get us through the winter.

It was okay, but when I asked them to give me an estimate about replacing the whole roof, they said they will be coming back in few days, but they never did, so that part is not so great. The inspector, the guy first came did his job, I guess something was loose during the communication. They came out may may be week after my purchase. I may use them again.

The wortk was done in a very profficent and efficient workman like manner. Patrick was very professional and easy to work with. He delivered everything he promised. I have dealt with many roofing contactors in the past. Unlike some Patrick seemed to focus on the customer needs rather than available insurance reimbursement. I would certainly hire Patrick Construction in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The services were fine. Everything has turned out to my expectations but I did have a couple of follow up issues that they were really slow at following up on. When they finished, I had not received any paperwork whatsoever and they were supposed to be getting me a 50-year warranty and it took me several phone calls, about 4-5 months, before I finally got it. It concerns me because I did express to them at the time that I will use them for a few other jobs I'm considering and then with this horrible follow up, it's like I don't want to do business with them in the future.

Our screen porch was built onto our home a little over ten years ago.  It was time for new paint and for the screens to be replaced.  We weren't having any luck finding someone to take on the project, so we decided to join Angie's List to get suggestions.
Patrick Miller's company had the best reviews from other members, so we called him first.  Patrick answers his own phone!  And he returns calls and emails promptly!  (Something we had not experienced as we were looking for other possible choices for this project.)
He came out right away, gave us an estimate, and we decided to go ahead with the project.  We couldn't be happier.  Patrick is a great guy, and his crew is a group of courteous and hard-working guys.  The whole thing was done in a few days.  It looks great.  They were also very thorough about cleaning up the site after they were done.
We would definitely recommend Patrick's company to anyone.

The service was  okay. He was a good guy, but he was heavy on the upsell.

We felt very satisfied with the service we received. The inspection indicated that the overall roof was in good shape for its age, although replacement in a few years is probably indicated. It always gives one a bit of confidence when a contractor doesn't automatically tell you that work they specialize in is not yet needed. As part of the inspection service price, they replaced some vent boots and sealed some areas, but warned me that the roof vents themselves were not of the type considered capable of withstanding Minnesota's snow and ice. Since there was a chance that what they had done would fix the problem, we agreed to wait until the next time snow was melting from the roof to evaluate the need to replace the vents. The next time we had such conditions, one of the vents leaked, so I called them back. In view of the fact that all 3 vents were the same, it seemed logical to replace all 3 rather than chance paying extra for further visits. Overall, we were very pleased with the 'fix what needs to be fixed' outlook of Patrick Miller and his organization. We had gone into the situation with our vent leakages fearing that roof repairs might end up costing much more.

Fabulous!  Doug did a fine job, very knowledgeable on all aspects and questions we had.  Very pleasant and personable guy.  We were so impressed we hired them to roof our house after we saw the pictures he took of our deteriorating roof.  Also will be doing additional work with them.

It was good.  He was really good.  When I bought the coupon, he was very responsive and he called in, made an appointment, came out and was very informative.  He gave me some ideas and he suggested that at some point I should think about redoing the roof and replace the top layer of the roof.  He was very professional.

I emailed to set an appointment but kept forgetting to call back and set a specific time. Patrick actually stopped by to see if it was a good time and if I'd like him to complete the service now. He sealed the roof and explained the condition including what was good, what was bad, and what was ugly. While he was up there he even unclogged my gutters! Really nice guy who seems to know his trade well. Still waiting for a quote for repairs I knew I needed.

There was some follow up that I requested that  2:23-2:24. They were responsive in terms of scheduling. I will use them again but it will depend on how they will compare on price with other providers.

He was able to do it pretty quickly and didn't charge me any extra for it. He kind of inspected it and he said, "there little bits and pieces here but there is nothing really." and he took pictures to show me pictures and that kind of stuff.

They really came in great in terms of the price. If I were to recommend them to somebody I would say that they were absolutely professional, came out when they said they were going to come out. They completed virtually my entire large roof including removing the old roof and tar paper, applying new tar paper and shingle. They did it all in almost a day until the last hour of the daylight and they came out on weekend to finish up the lath about two hours with the work. I am totally satisfied with the work, they did a complete clean up of all of the materials that they had to remove, did a beautiful job with the roof itself, went over the ground to pick up loose nails or any metal parts that is falling of the roof. I was just so impressed with these guys and they deserve an A plus rating for me. Everything in terms of their promptness, quality of their work, professionalism, responsiveness, and everything was just beautiful. They used the best materials available on the market. I've mentioned their price to several people and they have just been astonished that i managed to get it for that price. I was just looking at their guarantee on the roof, I have a 50 year guarantee and nobody gives a guarantee like that.

Purchased a Big Deal for Patrick Miller Construction Inc to do an inspection of our roof.  He was a little late for the appointment. He did the inspection and gave us a quote for repairs needed to be done.

October was a very busy time for me.  The salesman was very persistent in contacting me, which I appreciated.  As it turns out, the pitch of my roof was steeper than the offer allowed.  Even so, Patrick Miller looked at my roof.  I spoke to the representative after their inspection.  He provided a general overview of the issues, and indicated that he was going to send photographs along with a report of their findings.  To date, I have not received their inspection report.
