Oxi Fresh of Minneapolis Carpet Cleaning

I have used Oxifresh for at least 5 years.  I would strongly recommend Ed because he is so extremely thorough.  He takes the time to move all my furniture, vacuum first, shampoo the carpets and then rake it out to lift the nap and help it dry quickly.  I have used a wide variety of carpet cleaning companies for the last 30 years and Ed at Oxifresh is far better than any other I have used. My carpets are 14 years old and they look like new after he is done.

The guy showed, was professional and all, but the carpet cleaning was wet.  They advertised that the carpet would dry in about an hour.  Mine was so wet I put down towels and it soaked into them when stepped on.  It took hours and hours to dry, over 12 , with a floor fan and the furnace fan running.  Now when it is damp out my carpet stinks.
I tried to contact them but they only have the national 1-877 number.  There was no email or mailing address on the web site.  No local offices listed, even when you did the "locate" selection.  You had to put in the state, then pick the county, then pick the city.  Then no contact information.  Why not just put in the zip code like every other web page?  I tried the feedback/review option, but you can't do it from the web page, you have to do it from an email they supposedly send you.  I couldn't find mine.  Maybe I blew it away, maybe it got in the spam folder, maybe I never got it, or what ever.
I tried the "Contact Us" button hidden behind some other text at the bottom of the web page, but nothing happened.
I consider this REALLY bad responsivess if you can't even get a hold of them.  They seem to be hiding. 
They sounded good, but I was very disappointed.  I do a better  job with my Hoover.

I have used them three times and I like them every time.  They are nice, friendly and clean.  Their cost is upfront.  They are always on time and environmentally friendly.

I've used this company two now and am very happy with the results.  They were very punctual and also very interested in my being happy with the result.

Ryan has been the person who has always cleaned our carpets. He has gotten to know us so knows our preferences. We have a 5 year old so Ryan knows where the high traffic areas are. The chemicals used are safe and the carpets are dry within an hour or so. I am a bit surprised that this company has not had a bunch of "A's". At $79 for 3 rooms, it can't get much better than that.

OxiFresh of Minneapolis cleaned my oriental dining room rug. They left a permanent black streak across it. They came back out to try to remove the streak but couldn't remove it. I was put in contact with the franchise owner (who lives outside the state), and WITHOUT TELLING ME filed a claim with his insurance company. His insurance company cut him a check which he was supposed to sign over to me, instead he emails me to see how much I'm willing to sell him the rug for. My guess is he was hoping I would say an amount less than the check so that he could pay me less and then profit off the difference by depositing the check. When I said an amount higher that his check was for (mind you I didn't even know he had a check, much less that he had filed a claim) he balked and he eventually put me in direct contact with his insurance adjuster. She was surprised to hear from me, because she has already cut him a check and thought the matter was already put to bed. I was surprised to hear he had already filed the claim. She said the would cancel the check and re-open the claim. She requested information the rug (when i bought it, how much I paid for it, where I bought it, its size, its material, pictures, etc). The insurance company then set about determinging the value of the rug. His insurance company found the rug to be more valuable than what I paid for it. They then issued a new check for the larger amount but less his $500 dedecutible, and stated that he would have to pay the deductible straight to me. OxiFresh of Minneapolis' owner refused to pay me the $500 of his dedcutible. i had to take him to court. He's a scam artist and his services permanently damager you items. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OXIFRESH OF MINNEAPOLIS. WARNING!!!!

Service provider did an excellent job and carpet was beautifullly clean and dry in a short period of time. He explained the cleaning process and product thoroughly.and was the consumate professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an ecosafe product without tons of water and a super clean carpet..

It looked good when it was finished. He showed up on time. He was very courteous. they did the job they said they would. The carpets dried in the time they said it would.
