+ -1 moreMy recent experience re-financing my mortgage with Mortgage Elite was the best experience I've had working with a mortgage company. The loan officer (Jeff Hawes) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive to my needs. The processing time went smoothly without the 'extra last minute' requests for information. My new loan was closed by the projected date with accurate and complete forecasted closing costs. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience!
Description of Work: The loan officer (Jeff Hawes) took my personal information over the phone and provided me a quick response on what was possible for refinancing my current mortgage at the lower interest rates. The loan officer came to my home and reviewed all of the documentation with me to ensure I fully understood the details. The loan officer contacted me regularly to provide an update on processing and projected close date. Once approved, the loan officer handled all of the coordination and scheduling to complete the process. I received copies of all of my documentation within a week.
