Prompt, efficient, would certainly hire again!

when I initially set the appointment to install a garbage disposal, I was under the assumption that the work would be completed at that time. I also received no confirmation calls from them, so I assumed it was a standard job. My wife took the morning off work to be home for the appointment. When they came, it was only to provide a quote. He quoted $350 to my wife, which was different than the $100 they told me over the phone. When I called, they immediately dropped the price. It was still higher than the $100, but I wanted it done. I also still think I paid too much. The installers were nice, but couldn't install my original disposal, even after the initial assessment saw the sink and the disposal before making the quote. I had to go to the store to get a different disposal to be installed. this place is overpriced, bad at communication, and has little respect for others time.

The deck cleaning equipment Lee and his crew used did an exceptional job cleaning a very dirty TREX deck. There was some rinsing missed but I was able to wash off the missed places easily. I would use his service again for my decks. The cost was reasonable for the time it took and the quality of the job done.

Lee took the job on short notice. Maintained phone contact with me to advise of his estimated arrival time. The work was completed much sooner than I anticipated. He was personable and cleaned up when the job was completed. I had done some research and got cost estimates. His rates were fair and the work was very well done. I would have no qualms about calling him for future projects.
