I thought we were on the same page and I thought that she understood what we wanted for our wedding, but I guess I was wrong. Everything arrived at the church later then we were told, the brides bouquet was falling apart, they failed to make a tossing bouquet, they did not make 2 boutonnieres, all of the bridesmaids bouquets had very long stems (about 15 inches long) and they were supposed to be short and wrapped in ribbon (we found a scissors in the church and started cutting all of the bouquet stems, the ribbons on the flower girls bouquets were stained brown, none of the arraignments were as large as she had told us they would be, you could see the containers that all of the table arrangements were made in (it was a tacky metal bowl) and she had assured me numerous times that you wouldn't be able to see them, she never told us that we had to take care of returning all of the rented items and charged us almost a thousand dollars for items that weren't returned (most rental companies take care of delivery and pick-up for rented items, we weren't aware that they don't provide that service). 3 weeks after the event they called to ask where the items were - not the next day or the next week, 3 weeks later. I called the reception site and they didn't know where items were as there had been several events since our reception. I chose them to try and save some money, but it was the biggest mistake! The only positive thing I can say is that they used most of the flowers I asked them to.

We were very pleased with the experience. Cheryl, the business owner and florist, was responsive to all our requirements and wishes and the arrangements were outstanding and lasted well for the event on the following day. Everything was ready on time and packed for easy handling.

OUR FAMILY HAS USED THEM FOR YEARS. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS: FROM HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS, TO FUNERAL SPRAYS, TO PRESENTATION BOUQUETS, TO ALTER FLOWERS THEY DO IT ALL WELL!
