I own a business complex around Centerville. Keeping the place clean and tidy has been a challenge. It is difficult to find an agent that is as dedicated to maintaining such complexes. I have now been with Kris Lindahl Real Estate for about four months, and I must say that their work is impeccable.

We have been with agency for 10 & 1/2months of their godforsaken 12 month contract . We only started looking 2 months ago after pandemic chaos. Things were ok with agent, went on half a dozen searches outbid on 2 homes. Last week found home, agent said would pull comps and send to us. Never heard. Wrote next AM got response, "running comps now. " Told her would like to make offer since offer review be at 6pm. Radio silence until 4pm "oh busy day, offer be in 59 minutes". Great we said. Got text "checking with seller and calling mortgage guy again" then silence until 9pm text "oh they went with first offer". Next AM relized we had no estimate from mortgage company run on property. We called and was told no communication from realtor. So basically bald faced lie that offer be in in 59 minutes. We attempted to cancel buyer contract and was told no. So guess we get to drive around for 7 more weeks every time we can with her to waste her time. I will not buy with this agent or agency at this point. Besides above she said to make offer on 2 properties we looked at. I asked how would that work? She said always can back out of one by saying no downpayment money or something..... You realtors say if legal or not but sounds like fraud. My advice keep away from signing exclusive contract with them.

That’s unfortunate, though not unusual in the extreme seller’s market we’ve been in for the last six months. On your third offer, the seller’s agent had said that she already had one offer. Our agent went home to write up an offer for you, but then the seller’s agent informed her that their clients had just accepted the first offer. This was before our agent could even write yours up. We tried communicating with you several times to keep the ball rolling and find you the right home, which we were determined to do. We also offered you the option of working with a different agent on our team, but apparently you didn’t respond to that. I’m sorry that this experience didn’t live up to your expectations. We pride ourselves on over-delivering when it comes to convenience and customer experience. And we’re always improving our processes to do so."

I just returned from touring a Kris Lindahl listing. We were greeted by two aggressive dogs who barked at us during the entire tour. There was dog feces covering one of the bedroom floors. Even without the feces and the noise, the home was a disaster. Described as an Oasis, it was clearly a tear down. The fact that a real estate agent would have such disregard for those visiting there listing is beyond unprofessional; it is rude.

It went great. We looked at the comparable homes sold in the area and Kris got us exactly what we thought would be a good price and got it sold within 10 days on the market. I really recommend him as an agent when listing or buying a home. When it comes to sell I am not sure there are many in town that can give the level of service he does. If you are looking for an agent to put a sign in your front yard and wait for it to sell this is not your agent. If you want an agent to do everything humanly possible utilizing today's technology to get it done this is your guy.

We found Kris to be the consummate professional from the first interaction all the way through to beyond the closing. He even sent us a really thoughtful card after we moved into our new house. You don't find service like that anymore. He was very patient with us when we (admittedly) a little over demanding and he was able to break down the why's and why not's of the complex real estate process into ways my wife and I could easily understand. Where he really stood from all of his competition though is in his command and utilization of technology. I believe this unique skill set of his is the reason he got such amazing results for us on both sides of the transaction. My wife and I will not use a different realtor for as long as Kris Lindahl us in the business.

Sarah Pickens helped us find our new home shortly after we found out we'd be having our first child. She very quickly got up to speed on our desires, want and needs in a new home and help us find a home that fit us perfectly, in a neighborhood we love, and with room to grow (remodel; and expansion possibilities). She even helped us sell our previous home (condo) at a price the was "break-even" for us in a difficult market. It went great and is still going great as we are on the search for more investments properties. He is a hard working individual. Best of all he is a straight shooter that is educated on every obstacle we have come across while purchasing investments properties. He is quick thinking and has saved me numerous times from getting into a situation I thought looked good that later turned out to be bad. He is well versed in short sales and how the banks work. He also has great knowledge when it comes to city ordinances and what you need to know with that if you are looking additions to the home you would be purchasing.
Overall I would say Kris is a safe bet in any situation. The real estate market is completely clouded with people that have no experience and some without work ethic. You can't go wrong with this guy and his team.
