They did a great job on the rug. It looked much brighter. The delivery guys were careful and considerate of my furniture.

Overall, I cannot deny that my very antique (and therefore priceless) Oriental rug looks fantastic! There is no question that Keljik's did a superior job in cleaning it. With that said, I have a few feedback items for them. They picked it up from my apartment in July and delivered it to my new home in the last week of August. I had to call them consistently for status reports and each time I did so, they could not find my rug. This caused me a lot of anxiety. They would take my number and search for my rug and call me back. I never could understand their filing system and I think they may wish to rethink whatever system they currently have setup. I also think periodic status calls/updates to the customer would go very far in providing a little more confidence in their service. I realize they have been a neighborhood establishment for quite some time (my mother used them for years before she got tired of them always "losing" her rug), but they do need to keep up with the times. Apparently my rug had moth larvae (disgusting) and needed to be fumigated. Fumigation can take 2 to 4 weeks (I got a different answer every time I called). I am grateful to Keljik's for catching this and saving my rug. So my only two complaints are these: lack of customer communication and an antiquated filing system (my perspective). The quality of their work is superior and you will not be disappointed if you choose them. They know Oriental rugs - it's what they do and they do it well. So I can confidently recommend their services if you have a precious, expensive rug you need treated with expertise, but be prepared for a long wait and radio silence. If you are expecting this, then you won't be surprised and it will make the end result that much better. I will use them again because they do great work - I know how they operate now and I can relax about it. I gave them an A because the work they do is fantastic. You (the consumer) just need to understand they operate like a small, local, family owned business and not an organized, Mega-chain store. If you get behind that, you will be fine.

It went great.  This is at least the fifth time I have use Keljik's. The cleaning was scheduled quickly for me because I was having company in a week.  The pickup and return were on time.  The rugs were carefully cleaned.  They are always very careful to measure the rugs before cleaning them.
I once needed to have a decorator look at a rug that I had sent for cleaning and Keljik's was extremely helpful, making it possible for the decorator and I to see the rug together while the rug was drying.

They were excellent and a little more reasonable. I have carpets in all different sizes and also a couple of antiques. They were very experienced and the job was very good. They have 20% discount on Angie's List so that made a big difference. They also give discounts if you drop them off yourself.

Everything went smoothly.  I called to inquire about cleaning.  They asked about my rug and gave me an estimate.  I requested pickup and delivery, which they said they'd gladly do for an additional $40 ($20 each way).  They picked it up on the date I requested and scheduled the delivery for the date I preferred.  They gave me a time within a 15 minute window and were punctual.  The only thing that didn't happen that I requested was an appraisal.  They were very professional and I am pleased with their service.

We had two Oriental rugs that had not been cleaned in years and one of them had a lingering urine smell from our dog having accidents on it.  We were concerned whether the smell could even be eliminated.  One rug was a 6 x 9 and the other a 4 x 7.  When we dropped them off they discussed the two options regarding the cleaning process.  In order to eliminate the urine smell from the larger rug they recommended the more expensive bath.  Keljik's did an absolutely fantastic job.  The smell is totally gone and both rugs look great.  Both rugs have fringe on the ends and we were also concerned whether they fringe would get destroyed but nothing was damaged.
We also got new pads for both rugs given the urine smell had penetrated to the pads as well.
The rugs were done within the promised time frame  This is definitely where we will be taking our rugs in the future.

I found them on Angie’s list and I used the coupon.  I brought the rug in and he cleaned it.  It was a room size rug and it took them a week to clean.  It came back brand new and as I expected.  Their knowledge and the coupon made me use them and the coupon had 10% off.  They are polite and very knowledgeable.

Went great: rugs were cleaned, look significantly better, were provided back tied up nicely.  Keljik's doesn't look like much from the outside, but they seem to know their stuff, are realistic about estimates, and have a range of rugs available for sale as well.
I'd definitely go to them again, and with more difficult rug cleaning problems.

I took a big Oriental Carpet to Keljik's after one of my cats had become too "familiar" with it (using it as a litter box, ugh).  Service was perfectly professional:  I explained the situation, and they gave me options and a time frame, and described the differences between the two cleaning methods they were proposing.  Because I wanted to go for the most thorough cleaning possible, with no residual odors to trigger the cat's memory, I opted for the more expensive cleaning method, which sounded pretty involved (included soaking the carpet in a bath for  a few days, and more).  This was an expensive service.  Basically, I can get all the 'standard' carpets in my home shampooed for less than this service cost, so it felt like a lot of money.  But I know that that is comparing apples to oranges, so while I'm nor giving them "excellent" for price, I don't want price to be a big detractor from the review.  Price was "good", and I did have a less expensive option.
Long short, when I got the carpet back (right when they said I would, and they loaded it into my vehicle) it was clean, no stains, and smelled fine.  And the cat has stayed off of it, so, I'm happy.  Would certainly use them again, hopefully not for the same reason.

Our dog chewed a 3" diameter hole in our new, 8' x 10' wool tufted rug -- all the way through to the backing. We sent a picture of the hole to Keljik's and they gave us a reasonable estimate to repair it. We brought the rug in, and within a week got a call that it was done. I was amazed at how closely they were able to match the wool, both in color and texture. Unless you knew it was there, you wouldn't know the rug had been damaged. Keljik's saved us from having to purchase a new rug.

They were fabulous!! I took my rug in (they actually carried it out of my car for me) and asked if there were any spots that needed extra attention. I said yes there was a sticky stain that I didn't know what it was. They rolled the rug out on the floor and the owner got down on this hands and knees with his magnifying glass and started to pick at the stain. He looked at it for several minutes. He said he couldn't tell what it was but would do what it could. I picked the rug up a week later and it is beautiful! He said he didn't know what the stain was and it took him 3 different solvents but he got it out. They were very friendly, professional and good!! I will definitely go back again.

The 2-person crew helped move some of the furniture, both times. I had moved much of it by myself. The crew is very courteous.
The service was good. The rugs do look much cleaner, and almost all the stains are gone. However, a caution to the buyer. Everytime you call Keljik's whoever answers never gives their name. The estimate you get from guy is a bit different from the next guy. For example first one said pick up and delivery is $25, the second one said $15. The estimate was about $290, but when the rugs came back the invoice was for $272. You get the picture. Be sure you get the right details, and IMO some bargaining is called for.

The rugs were picked up.  Within an hour, after he had examined the rugs, I received a call from Keljik with an estimate for the work that was required.  Very professional, courteous, and painless interaction.
