Richard was extremely thorough in his report and during the walk through. He was very kind and did a great job of helping me prioritize what I needed to fix first. I would highly recommend him for a home inspection!!!

Richard was not only knowledge but he also performed additional services with a radon test and sewer line inspection! Richard is great with communicating and the detailed report helped us during the inspection stages of negotiating with the sellers. Highly recommend.

From the beginning, he was extremely responsive. I was worried that I would have to schedule weeks out in advance, but he was able to help us within days. He was open to using whatever form of communication we were most comfortable- which was awesome because we were able to quickly connect and converse through text messages. The day of the inspection, he was on-time, and was nothing but professional. Going through the house, he was conversational and knowledgeable. He was open to answering all and any questions. Richard is very professional. He was helpful throughout the process and even after that. He patiently listened to all our questions and concerns and answered them. He was willing to work on weekends and provided report in the same weekend. He was very punctual and prompt in responses as well. I would highly recommend him.

Richard was a fantastic inspector. He arrived early, and inspected our new home and walked us through every detail. Our appointment ran until 8 pm and by 11, I had a full report with pictures and recommendations.
