+ -1 moreMy sewing machine was ready in less than a week. I have yet to use it, but have no reason to doubt that it will be working better than it has recently. I think the cost of $60 was very reasonable. I may end up purchasing a new machine - for additional features - but, in the meantime, I know I can count on this one.
Description of Work: I wanted to have my old Kenmore sewing machine cleaned and "tuned up," and almost took it to Sears. But then it occurred to me to at least check Angie's List, to see if anyone on it offered that service. I was very surprised to find out that the local shop where I pick up vacuum cleaner bags was highly recommended!

+ -1 moreHE OFFERED A QUICK TURN AROUND TIME, IT WAS READY THE NEXT DAY. HE CLEANED AND ADJUSTED IT AND NOW IT IS WORKING AGAIN. AFTER I LEFT I WENT TO A FABRIC STORE AND FOUND THAT THEY WERE OFFERING MACHINE TUNE UPS FOR $35 THAT DAY ONLY, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT INCLUDED OR IF THEY WOULD DO AS GOOD OF A JOB OR IF I WOULD HAVE EVER ACTUALLY MADE IT OUT TO ONE OF THESE EVENTS. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE I'M HAPPY TO HAVE MY MACHINE WORKING WELL AGAIN. HE WAS QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, AND I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
