We are a full service shop and are committed to our customer's satisfaction. Johnston's Sales & Service is a family owned business devoted to our customers for the last 32 years. We are an authorized Necchi dealer and sell only top-quality vacuum cleaners and sewing machines, and we repair what we sell. Courtesy "loaner" vacuums and free pick-up and delivery are provided for all local repairs. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is eager to assist you in finding exactly what you are looking for, and within your budget.

Description of Work: I left them my Mom's 1950's singer there to be cleaned and tuned up. They estimated about a one week turn around, which they completed early. My machine is sewing like new and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them and will be bringing them another machine to tune soon!

Description of Work: Inspected and repaired vacuum. They were great, super-helpful that they checked it out before charging anything, and even then the rates were very reasonable, it was like a got a new vacuum for a fraction of the price. These guys are outstanding.

Description of Work: We needed a new canister vacuum. Consumer Reports recommended a panasonic model that was also favorably reviewed elsewhere. Johnston Vacuum had the unit in stock at a price about $25 more than the online sources. We were able to go to the shop, try the unit, purchase it, have them put it together. Also included a 2 year parts and labor warranty not offered online. Subsequently we have managed to jam the unit twice. Took it back to Johnston who gladly unblocked the hose. Somehow we managed to suck up a four foot cat "dancer". Highly recommended for sales and service.
