Dustin waisted no time, he assessed the situation and got right to work. He removed an old garbage disposal and installed a new one. He replace some of the drain pipes and dishwasher hose. He tested everything out to make sure things worked and didn't leak. He cleaned everything up and showed me what he did. I would hire them again.

They were very good at contacting me and setting up the appointment right away. The bad thing is they miss diagonosed the problem. They did not do any checks on the heating elements, but had me order them anyway. When it was a fuse in the shut off that was the problem.

The tech Niall Ebbs was professional and courteous. Mr. Ebbs explained the issue with my furnace, did a complete inspection, made recommendations for future repairs/replacement and truly helped me understand what needs to be done. If anyone asks me who they should hire for heating problems, my answer will ALWAYS be call Uptown Heating and Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

As usual, Uptown Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling did a great job for us! Davis, our tech, installed a new bathroom faucet in our home. Scheduling was easy, he was right on time, and did fantastic work. Oh, and Davis was very clean too! Call Uptown....they're true professionals.

Very professional. They worked with me on price and financing. I needed a lot more work than drain cleaning. A lot of replacement of old plumbing. It couldn't be finished the same day and Sean West, the Plumber, patched everything up enough so I had functional plumbing then came back the next day to finish. The whole thing was unexpected and kind of expensive. I would call them again.
