I was quite dissatisfied with the finished product! Put a new drain in my tub, left and had LOTS of silicone residue in my tub. Was told soap and water should work when I called back. Didn't!!!!!! Came back out and after he scrubbed for an hr with razor, mineral spirits and starter fluid got most off but not all!!!! Did not leave it like he found it for sure!! Won't call them again!!

They lost money on our installation. We had 2 central air units installed, and 1 of them malfunctioned. They were relentless in getting it right. Ended up putting in a whole new system. Never cost me an extra penny.
