Quick, understood what the problem was. Provided me with 4 options for resolution from temp to permanent fix. Service I received came with a 12 month warrenty. Will be calling again.

My experience with Uptown Plumbing Heating and Cooling was very good. Good service, kind presence and good at explaining things. He didn't push the service's but did offer them to me. I would recommend this company but just beware that I believe plumbing service's are very expensive.

Mike was on time, polite, efficient, and quickly diagnosed the issue with the water heater. He provided us with an estimated cost to do the repairs prior to starting and answered all questions we had. I would definitely hire Uptown for future projects.

The plumber came prepared but after we modified our needs, he was able to find what we needed nearby and promptly completed the project. The plumber was professional and helpful.

Actual job involved installing an outside natural gas grill shut off valve. Allows for easily disconnecting outside portable grill.

Good honest estimate that matched the final bill. Did not try to sell me things I did not need which happened with some other estimates. Worked quickly and did good work. Very happy with the finished product of a new boiler in our duplex.

My boiler was installed in a professional, neat and workmanlike manner. The technicians did their job and maintained an agreeable disposition while they worked. They answered any questions that I had while listening to any comments and descriptions of my current system instead of ignoring anything I had to say. The walk through of my new heating system was complete including any instructions on future maintenance. I was very pleased.
