Pure professional and family men which made my wife & daughters feel comfortable having complete strangers all over my house. They are great at what they do & would highly recommend the company to anyone who wants to get the issue fixed. I had a water heater & 2 toilets installed. Clean, respectful and amazing crew. I just realized 1 of my toilet installed was apparently not as robustly glued to the ground so I placed a call & they are already on their way to fix it. Stuff happens is what I believe in but what counts is the dedication to acknowledge and fix it and most imp not hear about the cost as its within their warranty time frame. FYI - Many incl myself do believe they might be a little bit pricey BUT for a few extra dollars I rather have pure professional do the job & a reputed company. Glad I chose them.

Dustin came early, completed the work quickly and did a really nice job. I thought the price was a little high, but I'm please with the outcome.

Work was great. Interaction fine. Then I was clearly told by a several friends that: $4,000 was too much to pay for what I bought.

They do an excellent job on customer satisfaction and notifications on service calls. They tell you when someone will be there and sends texts with the pictures of who is coming. Very timely.

They have worked very hard for us. They went above and beyond anyone else would do.

They did what they said they would do.

Called them to snake the drain in my kitchen. I had already attempted to do so and was unsuccessful. Uptown sent an apprentice to do the job. Home was built in 1955 and don't believe the pipes from the kitchen had been snaked before. Quote for the job was $350. I told him I couldn't afford that and he would need to go. He asked how much I had. I replied and he said a one time deal for $150. He attempted to snake the drain. It didn't work and told me the best bet would be to replace the pipe. His estimate was $2500. I paid him the $150 as he had put in a couple of small PVC sections under the sink. It still leaked and he told me it would. So, I went online, learned how to cut the pipe and repair it. After several hours of working on the project, including cutting the pipe, snaked the pipe about 10 times, replaced the pipe....all for less than $100. Nothing leaks and the sink drains great. You decide if you would hire them. I won't.

Customer response and communication are excellent. They called to confirm the appointment, then called when they were on their way. Personnel were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Both my problems were completed quickly and effectively.

The plumber replaced a shut off valve by the water meter. When he turned the main shut off valve back on (which was a early 1900's model) it would not open very far. He waited for the city to come to turn the water off and replaced the main shut off valve. I was very happy he was so professional and did not leave me without water pressure.

Well the guy cleaned our drain just fine and then told us a guy would come with a camera in a couple days to check the drain that was part of the unclogging service and would be included in the price . When he came he put the camera down and said we were still clogged up and we needed a six thousand dollar fix from the outside of the house. That was 3 weeks ago personally I think they had a video of someone else's sewer running while down in our sewer. It's only about 50 feet to the street and his video said it was out a lot more then that. I have run tons of water down the drain by daily washing machine showers running the dishwasher draining fish tanks and still no back up yet.. Iam going to get another camera person to come and see what is really going on Then if Iam wrong I will change my review, the city also came and check in the street to see if any problems were on there end of the sewer no problems. When he ran the camera down the sewer we saw a few wet spots and then ran into total water and a separation in the pipe and roots what did we pay about 600.00 for if we were not unclogged the guy that did it never said you are stilll clogged. And we had no water back up after he left it was about 3 days later when the camera guy came I guess the only way to tell is with another camera that's what we will do.

I kinda thought the price was expensive. But overall it was worth it the job was done I'm pleased.
