The work was completed very well, they arrived on time and were very polite. The price seemed to be high and we had to wait for a water heater to be delivered and for the installers. So in all 4 different employees were here for a good part of the day. They email you ahead of time pictures & information about who is coming to your house which is nice as that way you can easily recognize who is at your front door.

What they did was fine in servicing my water heater, but tried to sell me a new one for $1900. I found a different company on HomeAdvisor for less than half the price.

More money than I expected. Could not get a quote ahead of the visit.

They replaced our main water pipe and updated our shut off valves. They did really good work, and very good customer service. They just seemed kind of expensive for the work.

Plumber did a great job, but the price was way too high. He quoted approximately $1075 to replace a kitchen faucet with one of the faucets in his truck. He offered to install a faucet if I purchased it at a store. I bought one for about $117 and he came back the next day and installed it for $458. I learned my lesson. When I first called, the schedulers claimed they didn't know how much anything costs. Be warned. This is a rip-off organization. Get a quote over the phone first.

I really liked receiving a picture of the person who was coming. I was kept informed as he proceeded and was given the cost of each repair before it was started. It was very nice to get clear explanations from a informed and friendly person who to help rather than sell. Overall a good experience and pluming problems solved.

The Technician/Plumber was a nice gentlemen that was timely on arrival. However, he did not know much about my brand of water heater, so he called a colleague to find out more. The colleague told him that another part needed to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and that it would have to wait through the weekend. He did split the service charge in half since no work was performed. However, after he left, I contacted the parts help line directly to order the part and they told me that the unit simply needed to go through a quick restart procedure to get unlocked and all was well within 15 minutes!

Friendly but expensive.

Technician was on time, checked everything, replaced heater elements and sacrificial anode. Corrected a wiring issue which resulted in burnout in the first place.

They came out to fix a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Very professional job done by our plumber. He even took a look at a job we are considering having done in the future and gave some good suggestions regarding that. Overall great experience. A little pricey but a professional job. Thanks.

he took time to explain and show the broken fixtures and the reason for them. explained the new tank features and how to operate. clean up after installation

Plumber was very nice. could have been a little more knowledgeable of faucet repair. couldn't repair the leak, which surprised me. Offered to put a new one in....but was very expensive.

No problems yet with installation. Pricing is somewhat high. Installer was good. Overall satisfactory experience so far.

Overall the experience was fair to good and I would probably use them again or at least obtain a quote for work needed. The appointment was scheduled for 7-9am and they arrived at 9.30am. They did call & indicate that they would be later than 9am, but that was at 8.45am. The plumber was very professional and was able to provide a number of options based on the work that I needed to be completed. I would classify the pricing as premium, but the work completed seemed commiserate to the price and 2 weeks after everything seems to be working with no leaks thus far. My only other complaint was that I told the appointment setter that I had a coupon from their website that I was going to use and she added it to the appointment, but it wasn't applied when my card was run and I had to call to obtain the credit. The plumber was also suppose to call me when the work was complete so I could review what was done as this is a rental and I was not able to stay for the entire appointment.

The guy doing the installing was super friendly, very careful of not getting the house messy, did a great job telling me all the options and took alittle money off the bill when I helped him lifting the water heater up the stairs. Thanks much.

The plumber was very good at explaining to me all the steps he was taking with my project. He gave me 3 different scenarios (with cost) of what the potential problem would be before he even started. This was very helpful.
