The staff did a fantastic job of cleaning our 1,000 sq ft home. They were thorough, professional, and in great spirits the entire time. Our house is spotless because of their hard work. Would definitely use them again. Very polite and very nice job!

The only reason I scored them a B for responsiveness is it took almost a month to get scheduled. (Bad for us; Good for them, it means they are really busy)

Service was purchased through an Angie List special for $105.  Crew of 4 arrived to do cleaning and after looking at house they indicated that the area was twice the area allowed in the special.  I had not read that in the specifications and could not argue differently.  Since they were already here I agreed to pay the extra.  The work done was satisfactory but did not meet my expectations for the number of people doing the work and the price requested.  The biggest disappointment was work done dusting the hutch.  The dusting was done but items in the hutch were totally disorganized and not even distributed evenly.

I used a coupon and we thought this company was very courteous, professional, and efficient. They were concerned to do a good job: regularly got right down on the floor to clean as efficiently as possible under the bed. The workers were very nice.

When the cleaners arrived, they weren't sure what to do -- I had bought a coupon, but the communication between management and labor seemed a little vague. Much of the job was done quite well. However, they paid little attention to floors and, although the other services in the house were wiped clean, those in my study -- desks and tables -- were not.

Robin and her crew were right on time, came in and got to work. Within an hour and a half, they were finished. The house not only looked and felt clean, but my shower was the cleanest its been in years.

They were very efficient and did a good job cleaning.  The supervisor who came with the people checked everything over once his people were down.  They were very professional when they were here.

It was pretty simple to schedule an appointment and they provided their own supplies. There were no additional costs beyond the work that did. Everything went well. That work was mediocre.

It was fine, nothing special; just fine.  I bought it in August and then they said they couldn’t come until September and I was kind of frustrated about that, then I called them back and I said September and they said no, we had to wait until October because they were booked.  They didn’t have any additional fees but I think I tipped them.  They were fine, they were friendly and they were reliable.  They did exactly what they said they were going to do.  I have a better vacuum cleaner than they did but they came prepared with what they had so they did that fine.  I think they brought all their own stuff.  I didn’t have any complaints other than the fact that my vacuum cleaner was better than theirs was.  They came in all prepared to go so I just let them use whatever they were used to using.  Their price was good; it was cheaper than what I could have got otherwise, so it was a savings for me.  They were very, very popular, so they were just very busy because of the Angie’s List offer so they couldn’t get me in as early as I would have liked.  However, that was unusual situation; I don’t know if that is the case in general practice.  I found some individual that could come and do it that was cheaper but if I had to go to a cleaning service, I would go back to them.

They were excellent.  I mentioned I had been trying to get my toilet in the powder room unclogged, and they took care of that for me.

It was our first time using a cleaning service and they were very professional,  My parents happened to be visiting and said that they  worked very hard and were efficient.  We are having them clean again this month and considering to higher them monthly.

They did the basics but given that the area to be cleaned was only 1200 square feet, they could have done things like dust the blinds and wipe down the cabinet fronts. Dusting of furniture and floors and sinks looked good though.

My biggest issue was trying to get something scheduled.  It took two contacts to Angie's List to get someone to call me.  Once the cleaners were there (4 of them for my small two bedroom house!), they did a great job and were pleasant to deal with.

They came on time, needed only an overview of the rooms and got done in a little over 2 house what would have taken me most of the day. Professional with good leadership and follow though.

I was so excited about this Big Deal as my house needed a good cleaning.  I booked the cleaning, took the day off, and no one arrived.  I looked at my email confirmation and they should have been there.  I called and they had the date mixed up and would rebook the time.  The cleaners arrived and seemed very nice.  They divided up the work load between the 4 of them.  The Deal was for 6 hours total of cleaning.  They left after just over a total of 5 hours.  Once they left, I scanned the room and there was thick dust on one chest and the hallway had not been cleaned at all.  The supervisor came back about 10 minutes later after i think he realized they did not give me the full 6 hours.  He stayed about 15 minutes and cleaned one more room, which was nice.  After he left, i checked the upstairs and noticed that the bathroom had barely been cleaned and I only noticed one swipe across the counter.  The outside of the toilet had not been touched and the rest of the counter was filthy.  I was so dissappointed as I thought I would try them and if they were good, I would hire them for weekly cleanings.  I am sad to say that I will not do so.
