I took the tv to the repair shop in October, 2013. It was there 3 months before I got a call that it was repaired.
He called with a estimate about 1 month after being there at the shop. I told him to go ahead and repair the tv since it was only 3 years old. He had repaired the tv before under warranty, 6 months after I purchased it. I kept calling, leaving messages, one time I went to the shop to pick it up and forget it. The clerk did not know where it was.

Told me would have part in 1-2 days. Charged me $165 for coming to house and part of work to fix problem. After a couple days, I called and left a message. They called back and said they had the part and asked me to call back to schedule an appointment for the next day. I then called three times and never got a call back. Finally had so start over with another company.

JACK CHARGED ABOUT $100 TO COME TO HOUSE. HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 3 DAYS TO REPAIR TV. HE HAS NOT ANSWERED MY 2 PHONE CALLS AND HAS NOT REPAIRED THE TV. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS.
