I purchased a Samsung TV from Costco on 3/26/2017. It quit working on August 7th. I was told to take it to H&H TV to have it repaired. I went to H&H on August 9 to drop of the unit. When I got to their facility I was shocked by the disarray ... TV's were stacked everywhere. So many that you literally can't stand inside of the office and It's filthy. After 30 days I called to find out when the repairs would be completed. They told me that they were waiting for parts and expected to have it completed in a few days. I called every month and I was told the same thing. Finally H&H called on 11/25 to tell me they had fixed the TV. It took a little over 4 months to get my TV back. After 4 days of watching the TV it stopped working again. I have to take it back to them. I don't want to, but that is my only alternative. If you have a choice DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I took the tv to the repair shop in October, 2013. It was there 3 months before I got a call that it was repaired. He called with a estimate about 1 month after being there at the shop. I told him to go ahead and repair the tv since it was only 3 years old. He had repaired the tv before under warranty, 6 months after I purchased it. I kept calling, leaving messages, one time I went to the shop to pick it up and forget it. The clerk did not know where it was.

Told me would have part in 1-2 days. Charged me $165 for coming to house and part of work to fix problem. After a couple days, I called and left a message. They called back and said they had the part and asked me to call back to schedule an appointment for the next day. I then called three times and never got a call back. Finally had so start over with another company.

Courteous service, resolved problem. Repairman friendly and respectful. Also helped me understand some problems I was having with my remotes.

JACK CHARGED ABOUT $100 TO COME TO HOUSE. HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 3 DAYS TO REPAIR TV. HE HAS NOT ANSWERED MY 2 PHONE CALLS AND HAS NOT REPAIRED THE TV. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS.
