Alterations/Sewing/Decorating, Dry Cleaning Service
It is a shame this place doesn't do better work. It is the most convenient location to my home, so I was hoping I could be a regular customer. After seeing the work they did on my pants hemming, I would not trust them to even dry clean a shirt. While I was there waiting in line to pick up my pants, another customer was working with the front desk person to get six pieces of dry cleaning back. The desk person said he couldn't find her clothes at all, in fact, they had lost the record of her even having six pieces in for cleaning. She was in tears, saying these were her fancy work clothes and she could never afford to replace all of them. After my experience and what I witnessed with the other customer, I will never return to Franklin Cleaners and Launderers.
