They came out on a Saturday and didn t charge a ridiculous amount and were friendly and professional. They also came back after to run a camera through the line at no charge to make it was clean with no other issues.

It was a bad problem and took 8 hours to fix over 2 days. They did a great job and were very friendly. After all the hard work and numerous issues, I thought the cost would be $5,000 but it was only half that amount.

Drive by rip off. $475 to install a $20 shower diverter. Still not working. No invoice. All I received was a credit card receipt with the name of a different company. I had to call Home Advisor to figure out who I should even review. Terrible.

John was very polite and professional and did an excellent job replacing the toilet fill valve. i had the part ready for him and he installed it in 21 minutes from arrival time to departure time. however, i feel very foolish that i did not get a confirmed price before scheduling this service. $450 for 21 minutes of work (no parts) seems very excessive. this was not an emergency call. i will not use this company again.
