They are very helpful I didn't have the finances to pay for the job so they helped me with getting a loan though a bank. They are also very friendly problem solving for sure. They worked with me and tried to come up with a solution for the mayor problem but that is going to have to be done by landscapers. Tyler was the main guy to fix my stuff and he was polite great at problem solving and patient and got things done quickly.😊 We Would use them again 😁 DONNA CHANDLER

Twin Cities Rooter did a fantastic Job unclogging our sewer line connection from the house to the street and also used a camera to confirm there were no further clogs in the sewer line. Our sewer line connection clogged the Saturday before Thanksgiving and Mark came the same day. Mark and John were prompt, courteous and professional.

Service tech was very pleasant but entered at my front door, left his boots on while going across my livingroom into my kitchen to unclog my kitchen sink. I do have a side door, which he parked nearer to, but used my front door. He came and went a couple of times to bring in his equipment and still left his shoes on across my newer carpet.

They have a "F" rating with the BBB and they refused to pay for the damage they caused and told me I had to file a claim with my insurance and pay a huge deductible for their mess and sloppy work. The person came out to my house and when he began rooting I said the guys that have done this service in the past have turned the water on and he told me to wait until he had cut away most and then he told me to turn the water on to flush the roots away as he cut, he was also flushing the toilet to send water down the pipe. The most disgusting water backed up into my basement damaging my drywall, bathroom vanity and basement. The tech was out of paper towels as he used his to put his knees on, I gave him the towels thinking he would try and clean up the mess. He only wiped off his equipment!! I asked to speak to the manager and he went outside and came back in with his phone recording saying he never asked me to turn the water on etc. I told the manager what happened and he told me that the technician said I told him to turn the water on and he told me not to turn it on, which was a lie. I asked to speak to someone else and they said the owner would call. The owner called me from a "Private Number" and was very stand offish and before I said anything he said his guy told him I told him to turn the water on and that they would not take responsibility. He didn't even let me tell him my side, he said he has done this 20 years and I had to file a claim with my insurance and I said don't they have insurance if they damage my house? I said I just wanted them to clean up the mess and tear out and replace the small amount of drywall, he refused and said I need to make a claim with my home owners insurance and they are not responsible. Please be careful using this company as I was looking for another company to clean out my drain because they didn't even clear the roots! I found many ads on craigslist with different names Like "Discount Plumbers" or "Discounted Plumbing" or similar different names, the phone number is always (612) 326-1198.

Mitch was a wonderful person to deal with and did a fantastic job in a messy situation.

They fixed my issue, which I believe is every homeowners goal. However, it was very expensive for a very small issue. Charged me $250.00 due to a missing plug. Took approximately 10 minutes to locate and 3 minutes to fix. This time includes the minute it took him to go out to his truck to retrieve the plug. The Rep asked me how $500.00 sounded? Yikes. I don't call Plumbers often, maybe this is normal. I would definitely phone a friend or neighbor to take a look next time. I wouldn't have minded $150.00 just for his trouble. Lastly, I was very happy he had fixed my issue.

Mitch worked with me despite this project being a bit rushed and under pressure.

They performed an unnecessary camera scope of my main sewer line and charged me $200 for a test I did not need.

He was there at the time he said. He did the work well and cleaned up after he was done with the drain.

Plumber was prompt,courteous and kept things clean. I did need to remind him about the discount when he quoted me the price up front but he applied it with no questions or difficulties. It was a difficult job but he did what had to be done.

I will definitely call this company again. Their quote was reasonable and the Tech was on time. Though ours is an older home and we ran into some unexpected problems, Brian tackled each one remaining professional through it all. Thank you Twin City Rooter, I can use my kitchen sink again!
