I shopped around for pricing.  I was going to do this work myself but the weather got colder.  Contacted three shops in the area.  The owner and primary mechanic Bob was able to schedule the work in a day or two after I contacted him.  The repair (installing a new belt tensioner) fixed the problem of a squealing belt.  He was courteous, pleasant to discuss the problem with, and provided the desired skill and service at a reasonable price in a timely manner. I would recommend his business to anyone needing auto repair services at a reasonable price.  This was my first visit to his business and I was very satisfied with the result.  Good business to patronize if you live in Richfield, South Minneapolis or Bloomington.

Everything was great! I have been taking my car to Bob at Crest Auto for over 10 years and have never been displeased. He is honest, reliable, and hardworking.
Bob isn't the chattiest guy and his shop isn't the fanciest but frankly, I'd rather have a guy who is better with cars than with people, and who doesn't overcharge me for services in order to have a luxurious lobby.
This is a small shop so he is often busy working on cars and not available to answer the phone right away, but he always calls me back in a reasonable abount of time. 
Bob has always done great work for me and stood behind it. If you're looking for honest, competitively priced services, this is your shop.

It was fine work and a low price. Didn't even ask for contact info. Only problem is finding time for a schedule since it is just Monday to Friday.

They have done good work for me. They have been very fair with me. I had an older car and had to use used parts, because new ones were no longer available. One of the used parts failed; when they were able to get a new one, they didn't even charge me for any of the extra labor to put it in. I have not had trouble getting the car in when I needed to. They have given me a loaner to use if mine has had to be there longer than anticipated. Their price is comparable with others.
