So, so great! Setting up a regular cleaning schedule.

I would highly recommend Sheryl and her cleaning crew. When our tenants moved out, they hired a different cleaning service to clean the house, but the house still needed cleaning. When I called Sheryl, she was able to give me a general estimate over the phone and scheduling an appointment was very easy. She was even able to fit me into the schedule within a few days, which was very important to me. Sheryl was very responsive to both phone calls and emails. She was easy to communicate with and made sure to ask specifically what we would like cleaned. Her crew did a fabulous job, and the house sparkled when they were done! Pricing was reasonable, I received an invoice in a timely manner, and Sheryl even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

They cleaned the stove, microwave and refrigerator instead and out. They also wiped down the inside of all the kitchen cabinets. It was a joy having them make our apartment a home.

While Melinda was running late, she gave my home her full attention and did a beautiful and thorough job. She was kind, respectful, and I was very pleased. Scheduling with Sheryl went well and I look forward to using Country Maids in the future!

We were very pleased with the responsiveness when we contacted Country Maid through Angie's List. We heard back within a day and were able to schedule someone to come out and clean our home within a week. The work was done well and with professionalism. I will definitely use Country Maid again.

After they performed the service, they inadvertently took our Swiffer mop and duster. She did not acknowledge that they picked up the duster but did take responsibility for taking the mop and said that they would return it to our home. They have not shown up since then and I would like for them to either return the mop or compensate me for the missing items. There was supposed to be a second individual that was supposed to come out for the cleaning but did not show up so the employee that was here was probably over-burdened.

The service was great ! My house looked and smelled clean. My oven hasn't looked this good since it was new. The refrigerator is sparkling and when we show our home when it goes on the market, it is ready for anyone to look at. Everywhere I looked, things were clean. I will definitely use this service again in my new home. I am also thinking about "gifting" this service occasionally to my working daughters and daughter-in-law!

They were amazing in what they accomplished in 4 hours. Cleaned above around every window and door. Removed the screens to clean the window sills and areas and dusted the screens before replacement. All ceiling fans, tops of all cabinets and divider walls. wiped down all cabinets, appliances, dusted every nook and cranny on shelves. And of course the normal house cleaning of totally clean all bathrooms, scrubbing floors, carpeting, all counter tops. I was totally amazed at how much dog hair they removed from the carpeting after all our vacuuming in the last 8 months. They were persistent in making sure every possible area was thoroughly cleaned and not retaining more hair and dust. Both ladies were personable and easy to work with and checking to make sure anything else I had thought of to do. I am sure there was so much more detail they did, but I think you get the idea. Cleaned all rooms from top of room to the bottom of each room. This is a family owned and managed business with great workers and a willingness to do the job the right way at a fair price. I so recommend them for one time and on going house cleaning.

They sent someone out within a couple days of being contacted. It worked out great with my schedule, and the lady they sent did a really wonderful job. It turned out super and I would definitely use them again.

Country Maids was absolutely wonderful. We had Country Maids come out and clean our house. We have been looking for, and going through housecleaning services for months. Country Maids is very detail oriented, very professional, and keeps in contact. We plan on using them in the future, and ongoing every couple of weeks to help keep our house (family of 6) 2 dogs, 2 Guinea pigs, and a cat clean. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the best cleaning service that we have ever used. We have tried 2 other services in the past, and Sheryl's team does the best work- very thorough and the house is spotless. In addition, Sheryl is prompt, professional and easy to work with. We are now using her for our regular cleaning. I would HIGHLY recommend Country Maids.

Cleaned the house top to bottom - my house gets dusty - two dogs, a cat, a woodshop in the basement, and the windows are always open - and they cleaned the house completely.

I am beyond pleased with the results. I had to change services because after 3 years, my previous service was slipping badly. I admit I am picky but Sheryl and her team clean my home the way I would. All the rugs are picked up and cleaned under. The chairs around the dining room table are moved and the table is vacuumed under. I have a dog and a cat who leave "window art" on my door glass and some windows. Those are always gone after cleaning day. Things are just clean.... really, thoroughly clean. They even use some of my equipment at my request. I wanted my solid floors steam cleaned and the rugs vacuumed with my Rainbow vacuum. Done. I know when to expect them and they show up when they say they are going to show up. Sheryl even sends me an email if they are running as little as 30 minutes late. I would recommend this cleaning service to the pickiest of folk.

Due to inconsistent cleaning quality with our previous cleaning service, we asked Country Maid to clean our house. We met prior to the cleaning service date, made sure we had a mutual understanding of expectations, and we arrived at a fair price. The cleaning crew arrived on time, they were efficient and friendly, and they did an excellent job of cleaning our home. We have now agreed to move forward with a regular cleaning schedule. We are very satisfied with our first impressions of the cleaning service that Country Maid provides.

Sheryl and her team were wonderful! Very professional. Friendly and worked very, very hard. I had 20 years of cigarette smoke on my walls and they cleaned it all off in a very reasonable time. Great Job.

They did an excellent job on the bathrooms and even cleaned the carpet. It went really well and I highly recommend them.

Floor to ceiling length drapes were dusted and vacuumed, all window tracks were cleaned out, all ceiling lights and fans were cleaned/dusted, ridges in all the doors were thoroughly cleaned of old dust, wood and vinyl floors were wiped down and dirt spots removed, all carpeting was vacuumed, bathrooms were shined up.

We are remodeling our first floor and finishing the basement. A floor installer had just completed the floor install and had done a great job of keeping the dust to a minimum. But everying was very dusty. And everything had been moved from the kitchen, including the center island, so the floor could be installed. My wife had been recently released from the hospital and she had a five pound maximum weight restriction. Plus my son and his family were to arrive on the afternoon of Saturday November 22, for Thanksgiving. On Friday the 21st, my wife suggested we find someone to help me clean the house. But we did not know where to turn. A friend at work suggested Angie's list but we are not members. She allowed me to look at her membership. The first site up was Country Maids. They sounded great. But being last minute and needing someone on a Saturday, I also looked at a couple of other sites. Sheryl called me and said they could be there a 11:30 on Saturday. When she arrived, on time, the floor installers were running late, reinstalling appliances and the center island. Sheryl asked what I would like cleaned. I said if it is dirty, please clean it. They went to work, managing to work around the flooring people and helping me put furniture back in place as they cleaned an area. Sheryl said they have construction site clean up experience, so she knew where the dirt was hiding. Three hours later, I was relaxing in a chair and had a clean house. I cannot thank Sheryl and her crew enough for the work they completed. They arrived on time, with a professional, positive, flexible attitude. Plus, they were just very nice people. I would recommend them to anyone and hope to use them again in the future.

Sheryl has been cleaning my home every other week for several months. She is professional, trustworthy and takes pride in her work. I am impressed with her attention to detail and the house always looks amazing when she is done. I would recommend Country Maids to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

Sheryl and company have been cleaning our house for the last several months and we are very pleased. They are dependable, professional and take pride in their work. They are reasonably priced and accomplish a lot in a short amount of time.

The quality of work was excellent, that was four months ago. I now have them cleaning my house every other week. I have had no issues with this service, they come when they are supposed to and do a good job. I highly recommend this service.

They did an excellent job, including cleaning all drawers and cupboards, and dusting all baseboards.

Sheryl was initially very responsive and got me in right away. I told her I wanted help with things like getting dust off the baseboards, trim, cabinets, complete bathroom cleaning, and kitchen counters and sink, etc. as I am ill and have difficulty doing this type of cleaning anymore. I put together a list for them and discussed it when she and Kris arrived to do the job. They showed up promptly and got to work right away. My list was clear with 2 priorities. Not knowing if 1.5 hours was reasonable I told Sheryl to do what they could based on my list. She assured me most or all could be done. Both seemed very nice and professional and I wrote Sheryl a check and had to get back to work (I work from home). Let me state what they did a great job on. Getting the rust/water stains out of 1 out 2 toilets and vacuuming out the bottom track of sliding glass door on the LL - but just one side. Sheryl also did a pretty good job of getting most of the rust stains off the bottom of our shower door. Now for my disappointment...first of all, I noticed Kris used a Swiffer to "dust" before heading back to work and thought, "o.k.". After they left, I checked to see how the house looked (which is hard to tell because it wasn't dirty in an obvious way) and realized the 2 showers and bathtub were bone dry - not a drop of water to be seen anywhere! They were still dull with the same dried-on watermarks as before and one of the shower fixtures still had hard water stains on them. I ran my hand against our shower wall and it was rough with soap scum. As I checked throughout the house, I further realized the kitchen, bath, and laundry counters still had dust and debris on them, the sinks did not look clean and shiny, and the master bath baseboards had dust that needed a damp rag to get clean. I called Sheryl who said they don't run the water in the shower because they would get wet (which makes sense), BUT, then how do you clean a shower if you don't run the water?? She also said she tried to get the water stains off the fixtures but was unsuccessful. She said on the phone, "I want you to be satisfied", and offered to come back if I wanted her to. Long story short, I did call back and left a message. It's now over a month and I still haven't heard back from Sheryl. Needless to say, I was clearly upset that I had wasted my money and ended up cleaning my own house over the course of several days. I, also, had no problem getting all the water stain off my fixtures (as usual). I chose, Country Maid because of their great reviews. I'm sure many other have had great experiences. But, unfortunately, that was not mine. I guess if you already have a clean-looking house - don't hire someone to clean it!!

Very professional, trustworthy, and accommodating. My place has never been this clean. They did a very thorough job and I couldn't be happier!
