Fantastic! Sheryl was very easy to work with. She took the time to come out and look at my home and estimate the time it would take for a throughout cleaning. The actual cleaning exceeded my expectations. I don't think my home has ever looked so good. They have earned my ongoing business.

She arrived early and worked hard until our house was clean. This was easily the best experience we have ever had with a maid service. Our house looks wonderful. She even cleaned out our oven and microwave. Thanks Country Maid!

I would highly recommend Sheryl and her cleaning crew. When our tenants moved out, they hired a different cleaning service to clean the house, but the house still needed cleaning. When I called Sheryl, she was able to give me a general estimate over the phone and scheduling an appointment was very easy. She was even able to fit me into the schedule within a few days, which was very important to me. Sheryl was very responsive to both phone calls and emails. She was easy to communicate with and made sure to ask specifically what we would like cleaned. Her crew did a fabulous job, and the house sparkled when they were done! Pricing was reasonable, I received an invoice in a timely manner, and Sheryl even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

They cleaned the stove, microwave and refrigerator instead and out.  They also wiped down the inside of all the kitchen cabinets.  It was a joy having them make our apartment a home.

While Melinda was running late, she gave my home her full attention and did a beautiful and thorough job.  She was kind, respectful, and I was very pleased.
Scheduling with Sheryl went well and I look forward to using Country Maids in the future!

Melinda was prompt, efficient, thorough, and personable.  Our townhome sparkled when she was done.  We would welcome her back in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with the responsiveness when we contacted Country Maid through Angie's List. We heard back within a day and were able to schedule someone to come out and clean our home within a week. The work was done well and with professionalism. I will definitely use Country Maid again.

After they performed the service, they inadvertently took our Swiffer mop and duster. She did not acknowledge that they picked up the duster but did take responsibility for taking the mop and said that they would return it to our home. They have not shown up since then and I would like for them to either return the mop or compensate me for the missing items. There was supposed to be a second individual that was supposed to come out for the cleaning but did not show up so the employee that was here was probably over-burdened.

The service was great !    My house looked and smelled clean.   My oven hasn't looked this good since it was new.   The refrigerator is sparkling and when we show our home when it goes on the market, it is ready for anyone to look at.     Everywhere I looked, things were clean.
I will definitely use this service again in my new home.    I am also thinking about "gifting" this service occasionally to my working daughters and daughter-in-law!

They were amazing in what they accomplished in 4 hours.  Cleaned above around every window and door.  Removed the screens to clean the window sills and areas and dusted the screens before replacement.  All ceiling fans, tops of all cabinets and divider walls.  wiped down all cabinets, appliances, dusted every nook and cranny on shelves. And of course the normal house cleaning of totally clean all bathrooms, scrubbing floors, carpeting, all counter tops.  I was totally amazed at how much dog hair they removed from the carpeting after all our vacuuming in the last 8 months.  They were persistent in making sure every possible area was thoroughly cleaned and not retaining more hair and dust.  Both ladies were personable and easy to work with and checking to make sure anything else I had thought of to do. I am sure there was so much more detail they did, but I think you get the idea.  Cleaned all rooms from top of room to the bottom of each room.  This is a family owned and managed business with great workers and a willingness to do the job the right way at a fair price.  I so recommend them for one time and on going house cleaning.

They sent someone out within a couple days of being contacted. It worked out great with my schedule, and the lady they sent did a really wonderful job. It turned out super and I would definitely use them again.

Country Maids was absolutely wonderful. We had Country Maids come out and clean our house. We have been looking for, and going through housecleaning services for months. Country Maids is very detail oriented, very professional, and keeps in contact. We plan on using them in the future, and ongoing every couple of weeks to help keep our house (family of 6) 2 dogs, 2 Guinea pigs, and a cat clean. I would highly recommend this company.
