I have used Budget Exteriors on 3 different occasions, always a good experience.

The men were here on time, did the necessary work and were done in record time. We anticipated a big mess to clean up, however there was none as they cleaned up all the debris which was actually very little. The men were very kind and we were impressed by their willingness to return if we noticed or had the slightest problem. Good service means a lot to us as well as good work. Staff onsite arrived promptly, were very courteous, cleaned up thoroughly and kept me informed of progress. Photos were provided, I was able to inspect final work and paperwork was easy, fast and complete. Work was even completed a little sooner than the estimated 8 hour finish time. It hasn't been extremely cold since work was completed, but I feel that the temperature in our house has evened out from room to room.

The insulation work went so well we decided to have our windows replaced as well the following year. Our house is approximately 45 years old and the windows were original windows. The original windows looked good, but we felt that we would save money and add value to our home by updating them with new technology windows. The installation went great, better than I thought it could and all the work was done in a day. There was no exterior changes at all, all the windows were sealed with chalk and wrapped for new siding if we decide to add it in the future. Everything included in the original quote was done and a satisfaction check off with the installer was done before he left. The saving on the heating bills is noticeable and I would estimate our savings to be 15 - 20% during the heating and cooling months. Overall, we are very satisfied with all the work that was done and would recommend Budget Exteriors.

It went well. They were very courteous. I was unable to take down my blinds they did they and also put them back up. They also installed for me my fire alarm and my carbon monoxide system.. They also cleaned u[ after themselves. All in all I was very pleased with their work

I thought it went very well. Themen kept us informed of what they were doing and when they finished they cleaned everything up. Very nice and professional.

Splendidly! Professional installer was in and out without disruption to my home or timeline. Installed new, more energy efficient, sturdier picture window with side sliders. Window units are more secure and easily operated.

The employees were very professional, courteous, and thorough with the job that was completed. I would hire and recommend this company back for any other work that we needed. The permit inspector also commented positive on the accurate pictures and job that was preformed.

From the time of the sale with our salesman Chris to the end of install with Aaron everything was a breeze. Great professionalism and great products. Will be using them again in the future to replace more windows.

I didn't do any research on this product and found out that it does not expand it comes out of the hose as foam. Clean up is very easy since it doesn't stick to anything this is both nice and a problem since it doesn't seal anything either. The product is mixed with water from my house and expands to full extent when it exits the hose. Needless to say my house was saturated, every wall expanded due to the excessive water. Once the foam started drying out it started shrinking at this point it is now about a half an inch away from every side, so much for the insulation. As to the quality of the work, the people performing the job left globs of the foam everywhere which I had to go around and pick up it was from that I realized just how much water was in the foam.

Took 3 days to get call back to set appointment t. Estimator arrived 20 minutes late. He wanted to reschedule when we were ready to sign. Almost refused to estimate due to spouse not being home. I used to install siding, I know what it costs, I just do not want to do it. $21,60 is about double what it should be for my home. From prior experience getting a window from them -- this is how the game is played: unbelievably huge estimate. Price goes down 3 times while you talk to them. Then you call a manager to get "budget" price. Then you finally get the number near what others offer...

I am on the do not call list but obviously Budget Exteriors chooses to ignore the law. I was called on a on a Saturday morning by a pushy telemarketer. When I pointed out that I was on the do not call list he completely ignored it and continued with his high pressure sales pitch. When I told him I don't do business with companies that solicit by phone he still continued. At that point I hung up. After checking the phone number from caller ID on multiple web sites it is obvious that this is how they routinely do business.
