We have brought both our cats and dogs to the vet for many years. When my Pug got very sick they took such good care of him. Calling to check in and taking unlimited calls from me and my pet sitter. Initially when he got sick he was with a pet sitter and they really followed up with her and took many out of state calls of concern from me. Prior to his illness our little girl pug had passed due to a neurological condition. Although it broke our heart they were very open about what we could expect as her condition progressed and it helped up prepare.

 The Vet and the assistants at the clinic are professional and kind and gentle.  My dog didn't flinch or cry when they drew her blood or when the vet gave her the vaccines.  
I brought in a stool specimen and explained my concerns that her stool is sometimes runny and I also said I take her to dog parks.  About 15 minutes after they drew her blood and took my stool specimen, they had the results which showed she was positive for Giardia.  He told me that I could get if from her and put her on metrodonazole (flagyl).  I was thankful he told me it ould be transmitted to me, because I have had symptoms of the illness which were progressively worsening - so I also saw my doctor that day for medicine and testing.  
The bottom line is that t hey are organized and ask questions and then say, "do you want ----, it costs ----."  They are not pushy.  
The vet also asked if she lets me brush her teeth and he showed me the calculus build up on her back molars.  He said she did not need a cleaning at this time and I should work on brushing her teeth which will help keep her gums healthy.  I told him I just started rubbing her teeth with the enzyme tooth paste will be introducing the toothbrush a little bit at time. 
The price of all this was much cheaper (like by $100)  than what my mother paid at her Vet in Woodbury.
I am really grateful to this clinic for keeping prices reasonable.

The vet that works there is wonderful and conscientious. He cares for my animals like his own and I can tell he cares for others' pets too. He has given me advice about products I found online, compared to his own and that shows his honesty. He is very passionate about what he does.

Great staff-professional, fun, knowledgable

This is a good vet. They care about the animals and did not try to up sell products or treatments. A behavior that I find hard to be patient with.

This is the first time I used them. They were recommended by a friend. Needless to say, this was not a happy occurance since Sheldon (my cat) and I had been together for about 16 years. They were so very kind and understanding. They even sent me a sympathy card which they all signed. I will definitely go to them from now on. I have another cat, Samantha, who needs a check up.

They were very good and the office visit was reasonably priced.

Their service is fairly priced. Their doctor always explains for our satisfaction. He tells us what is wrong and what is needed to be done.

First time visit at BRAH. Was easy to get an appointment, staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Bill took time to greet the dog at the dogs level and let the dog check him out. It was evident he cares for the animals he sees.
Not a fancy place, but that's why I chose it. Wanted somewhere affordable. Will also be scheduling dental cleaning and transferring my cats records to BRAH for exams there.

it was great. the office staff was wonderful. the doctor was open and knowledgeable. the dogs seemed pretty happy considering what they jsut went through. the prices were so much more in line with national averages as defined by pet insurance providers. this is our vet from now on!

We've been bringing our Labrador Retriever, Sadie, here since she was a puppy. She's now 10 years old. The staff is awesome -- compassionate and loving. Even though we moved a little farther away since Sadie came into our life, we still come here for her care.

They are really a great company. The experience with them was excellent. They were fantastic. It's the best because of their prices, the attitude of the people, the cleanliness and their services. They are terrific and great.

As usual, I had very little wait- about 5 minutes or less. The staff helped me weigh both cat and carrier, and later the carrier alone. My cat has become very apprehensive about visits to the veterinarians and tends to grumble and hiss at the doctors while shedding hair and dander at an unprecedented rate. This is all for show, and just an alert to his fear, and he has never actually tried to harm anyone, and the doctors and assistants all say how very accepting he is during treatments. Dr. Baker examined him and gave him his shots and asked what I feed him. Every visit it is the same since my cat is huge and overweight and his highest weight was 23 pounds. I have never fed the cat more than recommended for a 9 # cat, and never snacks or treats, yet he has held too much weight. The doctor recommended a new formula to help reduce his weight. Since then, he has lost an appropriate amount of weight and his ribs are now able to be felt without his extra padding. I haven't compared prices, but I suspect the fees are quite reasonable compared to other facilities. I have had occasion to accompany a friend to another vet for a cat with skin problems. That visit was far more expensive, accomplished less, and although that other facility was more poshly decorated, the care seemed less careful than the care I've been given at Broadway Robbinsdale Animal Hospital over the lifetime of my cat. The facility here is very sparely decorated and looks like it is easily cleaned and has always been spotless and in excellent repair. On this visit the bill came higher than normal since prescription food was also dispensed. I once called around to compare the cost of prescription food, and B-R Animal Hospital was the cheapest place to purchase prescription diet foods.

I took two kittens in there for shots. They were friendly and had pretty decent prices. It was a nice office environment and a good location that was very easy to get to. There are a couple of vets in the office so it is easy to get an appointment as well.

I was pleasantly surprised at how little time we had to wait even though the clinic was busy and I was pleased that my cat was seen by Dr Baker, since Dr Baker has not had to ever cause my cat any pain, my cat doesn't hiss at him. I have used this clinic with this cat- my only pet to date and they have seen him for parasites, urinary stones, sterilization, a broken bone, bowel blockage from eating a long ribbon on a nightgown, and years of exams and vaccinations. The entire staff have always been kind and loving with my cat, and take the time to get details from me and to fully explain what I need to learn to be a better pet owner. At our first meeting when my cat was a kitten, Dr Baker showed me how to feed my cat his pill, clip his nails, and keep him trusting and compliant with humans. Because of the fine training I received, now that my cat is an older cat, he has never scratched, bitten, or failed to allow exams, ex-rays, or to have his claws clipped. When my cat was first put on prescription diet, I compared prices, and this clinic was cheaper than the 5 or 6 other places I checked.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, BOTH THE QUALITY and THEIR PRICE FOR THEIR SERVICES. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF; GREAT LOCATION; AFFORDABLE. THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. CHECKOUT OCCURRED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.
