Easy to deal with, cleaned up nightly, finished on time, excellent results--I cannot remember the cost, but it was neither our most expensive or cheapest bid. We picked them because they were the most detailed in their bid--we felt we knew exactly what they were going to do.

After gathering several quotes, we decided to hire Bella Casa Painting to do our job.  We were looking for someone to paint all the window trim, storm windows, doors, soffits, and fascia around the exterior of our house.  It was done in conjunction with a gutter replacement, and the paint was to match the bronze color of the new gutters.
They brought in their crew to work around our scheduled replacement of the gutters, and they completed the whole project within a day of the time estimate they had provided, which I didn't think would be possible especially with the inclement weather we faced one of those days.  The crew did an excellent job masking off the house with plastic and tape, and they did a pretty good job of avoiding all the plants around the exterior throughout the project.  
The quality of the painting is superb.  They used excellent product (Sherwin Williams Duration), and their painting was seamless.  The soffit areas, in particular, have the appearance of being factory applied on the sheet metal, despite areas where the previous paint had been peeling.  I haven't noticed any areas of overspray or drip marks, and they did an excellent job with the tedious job of painting all the storm windows.
Above all, communication was great throughout the process!  I would recommend Bella Casa and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a future project!

The front of the house is complex with several peaks, and a redwood chimney. The crew arrived promptly,skillfully applied the stain that I requested, and even went up the the chimney, and reapplied to a section they weren't satisfied with. An excellent result by a professional crew.

Got an estimate from Alan and scheduled the work (maybe 6 weeks out).
Alan communicates via phone and in person and is on site at the start and end of days and other times.  Crew of 4~6 guys does not speak English, but are a hardworking, professional crew.
Crew worked full days wed, thurs, fri, mon (4 days) and work was completed.  7 a.m. ~ 5 p.m.
Roger did the sanding/planing/grinding work for my ill-fitting screens and I was very pleased when I went to put my 18 screens back in that had not fit very well in the past -- they all fit perfectly.  Nice job Roger.
This was our 3rd time hiring Bella Casa.  The other 2 projects were as follows:
We hired Bella Casa for exterior painting for our old house and that experience was also excellent.
We hired Bella Casa for interior painting for our old house when we were about to sell and I believe their interior work helped sell our house.  They painted kitchen, bath, bedroom, unfinished basement.

We specifically joined Angie's List so we could find a good painter and it worked!  We got bids from four top-rated companies and decided to go with Bella Casa Painting.  Their bid was in the middle of the pack.   Alan and Roger were very easy to work with.  Roger did a fine job on repairing woodpecker holes and rotted siding and fixing sagging soffits.  It had been 13 years since the house was last painted and we were very concerned that the prep work - scrapping, sanding, caulking, filling, and priming - be done thoroughly because that's fundamental to having a long-lasting paint job.  Alan gave us confidence that they would do a good job on the prep and painting and we were not disappointed.  He recommended a new Sherwin Willilams paint (Emerald) that has a top rating for longevity, and he painted sections of our siding so we could confirm that the three colors we chose would be to our liking.  Because he had to power wash the house anyway, he did our deck for free.  He and Roger also installed new exterior lights for us at no cost.  The painting crew was low-key, polite, efficient, and cleaned up at the end of every day.  We needed to have our house painted in time for visiting relatives, and Bella Casa met our deadline.  Alan gave us a long list of houses to look at so we could see examples of their work and they confirmed the good quality work that Bella Casa does.  He also had no problem showing us the paperwork that confirmed Bella Casa workers are properly insured.  In summary, Bella Casa did a great job and we are very pleased. It's been 3 months since they completed the job and we have not had any need to call them back for any touch-ups.

We contacted them last fall and they replied promptly and  we got an estimate. I asked for a few more things after the original estimate and they came back quickly to update it. It was very reasonable compared to others we had received. We checked a few references and all were very positive. It was getting too late in the season, so we gave them $200 to hold a spot for us in late May. Due to rain, they started about a week later than originally promised, but that was no big deal.  We thought they completed the project very quickly (about 4 days) and they were neat and clean as could be while they were here and we thought the quality of the painting looked great!

Alan responded promptly to my request for an estimate for exterior paint of our house.
The bid detailed exactly everything that his crew would do in preparation to paint the house, the cost of the paint  to be used on our house (3 colors in our case: 1 for walls, 2 for trim, and 3 for deck and porch floors), and the cost of labor.
His bid was not only comparable to others we got, but it also included carpentry services to help us replace some rotten boards on our deck and side before getting the painting project started which gave me a lot of confidence that we were getting the most complete work for our money.
Alan and his crew were not only on time, diligent, and detail orientated throughout the entire project, but they took every opportunity in between rainy days to come to the house and advance as much as possible while giving the house enough time to dry out so the paint wouldn't lift. Alan's crew worked long days, and they were always polite, courteous, and efficient.
Alan kept me informed of any weather related delays and also sent a couple of guys back for touch ups after a weekend in which he encouraged us to go around the house and note anything we thought was missing so he could make it right if needed.
Honestly, it was a breeze working with Alan and his crew and we simply love the quality of the work they did. Last week, one of our neighbors walked by and said: "I love the color of your house, it feels like the sub just kissed it, it's beautiful!"
We couldn't feel happier about how much more lively our house looks and it truly reflects the detail and professionalism of Alan and his crew. We will be calling them soon for our other home improvements!

The paint on the foundation of the house was peeling in many areas and the color had faded. The paint on the front gable, that faces the south, was peeling very bad. The rear dormer paint needed some touch up. They scraped all the peeling paint and applied two coats of paint. One of painters questioned the color of the custom mixed paint that was to match the brown on the gable. It was discovered that the paint had been mixed incorrectly by the paint store. They took care of this right away. The overall result of the painting was excellent. The front gable and foundation look really nice now. I called them twice about touching up three small areas. They came right away and did the touch up.

The end results were very good. I have had several compliments from people passing by. The crew did a good job of not tromping my flower beds. The clean up was pretty good, and they did extra work as it came up.

Overall a very good experience.  They started exactly when they said they would, the crew worked very diligently, and they finished in a timely manner.  The workers were neat, and tidied up their equipment before they left every day.   They had a carpenter come who performed some minor carpentry work to repair some rotted wood before the paint went on.  Their price was fair for the work performed.  Any issues or problems we had (very minor) were handled quickly and to our satisfaction.  

We would definitely hire Bella Casa again for exterior painting.

Roger and Alan were punctual and diligent, working reasonably long days to finish the job promptly.  They were easy to get a hold of and responsive to our requests.  They were respectful to all parts of our home and they kept their workspace fairly neat.  We were especially pleased how the enameling on our trim and doors turned out.

Alan, Roger, and Sinan were all very helpful and hard-working.  It was a fairly large and complex remodel but the entire bathroom project turned out great.  Bella Casa was very professional and clearly knew what they were doing.  We appreciated being always kept up to date with the progress.  Bella Casa's organization and diligence helped to move the work along quickly, and their attention to detail ensured that everything ended up looking fantastic.  Our new bathroom is now our favorite room in the house!

Everything went great.  I have zero complaints!  They did an excellent job and I am happy with it every time I look at the house.  This is not something that, as avid DIYers, we are able to say often!   Since the completion of the job, I have had several friends and neighbors ask me for painting recommendations.  These friends and neighbors have gone on to hire Bella Casa for both exterior and interior projects.  Each was as happy as we were with the service and quality.  I always follow up on recommendations to make sure the company continues to provide the quality I experienced and they have each and every time.  We had one neighbor who did not choose Bella Casa after getting bids.  They ended up not being very happy with the work that was done for them by the other company.  I refrained from saying "I told you so"  but....

Bella Casa was not the lowest bid we received.  In fact of the three we got, it was the highest.  However, it was also the most detailed and complete, included the carpentry work that was going to be necessary and we were confident that there would be no surprises in the final cost.  We were right.  The lowest bidder is not always the best way to go.  Sometimes, you get what you pay for!  Bella Casa was easy to work with, kept us constantly informed of the project, everyone was professional and friendly, and there were no surprises about what was or was not included in the bid.  They were also very patient and understanding as we struggled to choose the colors.  The back of our house looked like a patchwork quilt by the time we made our choices!  We will hire them again and we continue to send our friends to them.

Overall, the job went very well. Their price was extremely competitive and they did an efficient job. They showed up when they said they were going to. They did a very good job. I would use them again in the future.

They were absolutely fantastic. We would give them the highest rating. They did extensive exterior painting. They did everything that could be painted remotely outside of our home. I can’t say enough good things about them. I don’t remember how much they charged us. 

Everything went pretty well.

My dealings with Bella Casa were very easy. From the original bid to signing off on completion of the job, they were professional, punctual, neat, nice. They painted a large side wall and stopped to make sure it was the color we requested. They tripple coated areas that they discovered needed it. They caulked the cracked wood as well as all seams. Overall a pleasant experience, and I don't think that is something said often about home-upkeep jobs. I would have no trouble recommending this company.

We are very happy with the work performed and we would use Bella Casa again.  Work was performed to specification, professionally, quickly with a great price.  Originally I was not happy with the finish on steps and around some parts of the woodwork where the paint tape had left a rough edge - so this was fixed up to my satisfaction (not perfect but quite acceptable) AND those parts of the job were provided for free. All round great service, thanks.
