I think the service went well from start to finish. Doug was very pleasant and easy to work with. He and a co-worker came to my home when they said they would, and got the job done fairly quickly and even cleaned up the space a lot better than expected. i had no complaints about service or the price.

Left voicemail message and filled forms out on website. Never bothered to return calls or reply to website form. Very un professional!!!!

My husband thought the price was good and they came out a day or two after we contacted them, so it was very very quick.

rarely answered the phone and took many days/ weeks to get a call back in between correspondence. However when they did show up, the job was done very well and very quickly. They cleaned up well too. It was definitely a hard job and they got it done in one day. I cannot complain about the actual job they did, it was just the lack of communication and punctuality over the phone that took away from the quality of the work they did. If I was in any rush that would have been frustrating to work with.

We had 3 tree stumps and 5 bushes' stumps that needed removed. Arbortech came same day and the work was completed in an hour. Cleanup was very thorough. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

We needed a very large tree removed that was close to our home in order to build a garage. We had hired Arbortech before to grind out a stump in our front yard and were happy with the work and the personable employees. We got a reasonable price for this larger job. I was nervous having such a big tree taken down so close to the house. But I happened to be home on the day they came, and they were extremely careful. They came back on a Sunday to grind out the stump so that the job would be done in time for our garage contractor to begin work. Very happy overall.
