The whole process was very stressful but not because of the roofing company. The insurance company denied the claim twice and sent out very unprofessional adjusters. John, from Above All Roofing, stuck it out during the bumpy ride toward approval for replacement. John's calm demeanor was exactly what was needed in light of the significant push back from the insurance company. The crew was great, too. Many of our neighbors commented on how nice it was to see the crew wearing hardhats and safety vests. I didn't find a nail or piece of shingle anywhere on the ground after they left.

John was recommended by a friend. When initially contacted, John was able to come to look at the damage within two days. He was prompt, answered all questions and provided a time line for the work. He explained in detail on how it would work with the insurance company and asked us to let him know when the appraiser would be inspecting so he could be here at the same time. He met with the appraiser and details on what would be covered and what would not be were worked out in partnership. Once the appraisal was complete, John immediately arranged a time for his crew to begin the work. The work took four days and John's crew was superb. They answered our questions, worked professionally, carefully and cleaned up when they were done for the day. We felt like our home was being taken care of as if it were their own. Communication with Above All Roofing far exceeded any experience we have had in 25 years of owning a home. Calls were returned promptly, we were kept informed of the progress, schedules, and possible delays. This was absolutely the most flawless home repair experience we have ever encountered.
