Paul came in and told me what would be done and he came back and did my carpets in my whole house. His partner he works with also did a great job. They are highly recommended by me. If you want a job well done then go with these guys.

What a great experience! I've hired others in the past with mixed results but A-Plus's quality service, straightforward pricing, and professionalism really makes them a stand-out. Our carpets look great and we can't detect any signs of the pet stains. Definitely hiring them again!

Well after four kids were raised in the house, a 19 year old carpet cannot look new but it looks fantastic compared to what it used to look like. Paul was professional and quite frankly we talked too much...LOL. I will call A-Plus every time I need carpet cleaning!

A-Plus Carpet Cleaning is awesome! There is much to be said that one or both owners show up for every job. Paul and Jim arrived promptly and were professional, courteous, and very friendly. They definitely know the carpet cleaning business and made our 28 year old carpeting look amazing! Our only regret was not doing this sooner. We will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to our friends and family. We are so glad we called them and their pricing was outstanding as well!

The guys were absolutely great. They offered great tips and did not balk as I kept adding on areas to be cleaned. They were able to clean an Iranian rug on site and two areas where we have Flor carpet squares installed. The difference was truly phenomenal in our two-dog and one-cat household!

I am so glad I found A-Plus! Paul returned my online request with a call, text, and email within minutes. He was very honest and up-front with me from the beginning about estimates, no hidden fees or agenda. He cares about his work and customers, and it shows. We scheduled a time early in the morning to go over everything before I had to leave for work. Carpet, rug and furniture all looked great when I came home. Paul gave me tips on how I could clean the furniture in the future, and he did a couple extra items for me as a bonus. He was very personable, and I liked his owner-led small business. I will definitely be hiring him again to do other rooms in the house in the future.

Paul and Jim arrived on time and quickly and efficiently cleaned the carpets. I have an elderly cat who throws up frequently so they gave extra attention to cleaning those areas. This is my fourth or fifth time over the years using A-Plus Carpet Cleaners. I have been very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. I love the Home Pro Spotter they provide for cleanups between full scale carpet cleanings. Paul and Jim are definitely my go to guys for carpet cleaning!

They did a terrific job on all our carpets. I couldn’t believe how well they able to clean some high traffic areas that were especially soiled. They are great to work with and their price was very good. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them whenever our carpets need a truly professional job done. These two guys do all the work themselves and they definitely know what they’re doing.

I on Monday to make an appointment and Paul was able to come out the next Thurdsay...especially during the busy Christmas season. I've used A-Plus before. Paul is very friendly and the crew did a thorough job. Very impressed with them.

They arrived promptly, at 8:00 a.m. and spent almost two hours working on our carpets. We had two bedrooms, a t.v. room, stairs, loft and three season porch carpets cleaned. The carpets in every room, but the three season porch are old and they both look and smell much fresher. The carpet in the three season porch was newer, but had multiple stains and it looks brand new again. Paul and Jim were very thorough and were very conscientious about making sure they did a good job. They were also fun to have around and we enjoyed them very much. They assured us if we were not happy with anything they would come back. We are very pleased with the result and will definitely hire them again.

Paul and Jim were on time and prepared for the numerous stains from pets and clumsy humans. I wasn’t certain that carpets were salvageable, but they look amazing! We have used them several times in the past, and will continue to call them. They are efficient and effective.

They did a great job. Professional, efficient, very straight-forward - no BS, which I really appreciate. Very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Explained everything they were going to do carefully and promised to come back to take care of anything we weren't happy with. But no need. The carpets look great. Quick and thorough. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them enthusiastically.
