I would recommend and use above any other company!
I had quotes from other companies who were not as honest!
control (field mice). At that time, they offered me a year long
contract that if I paid upfront, I would get a 5% discount. I gave the
guy my credit card information and thought I was signed up for that. I
then had them come out to help me get rid of bats. I received a bill
for just the service I had done previously the day before the supervisor
came to install the bat cones.
When I asked why I received the
individual bill and had not been billed the larger amount, he let me
know that the first guy denied he had taken my credit cared
information. I hope he shredded the information instead of just letting
it blow away in the breeze to be used by someone.
For the bat removal, he told me he would call and check with me in a couple weeks,
but in his report he put down that I would be calling them. shame on me
for not reading that comment closely and listening to what he said
instead. I got a bill before they had completed the work they said they
would do.
I will not use them again.

After looking in the attic and changing his diagnosis and saying that we did have bats, he estimated a price saying, "the lowest price I'll go is $3,000" . Without any prompting from us he said a few seconds later, "Okay, I can go as low as $2800 but that is the lowest I can go . "
We thought this was extremely high and had a somewhat untrustworthy feeling about the Adam's pest control employee's analysis and demeanor.
I then went to Angie's list and found the another company that only does bats and had good reviews . This man quoted us approximately $ 750 over the phone contingent on what he found when he came out to see the house , with the understanding that if he found evidence of bats he would also do the work on the same day he came out. In the end, he came out on the appointed day, verified we had bats , and did the same work that the Adam's pest control service provider said he would do. He also had the same warranty ( will come to recheck ) and replaced the fascia for FREE! He worked on our house about 4-5 hours and did NOT charge any 'inspection fee' and charged us $750.00.
