When I contact Custom Boat Renovation, Bart returned my call and is/was very professional. We discussed the options for updating my old 15ft boat and what would be the most economical. After coordinating the best time to leave my boat at his shop, it was dropped off and worked on immediately. In less than a week, Bart had done all the work and it was ready for the lake! He was understanding of our timeline and upcoming family vacation. During the process, I was in contact with Bart numerous times, including texted photos of the work in progress. There was issue with fabric I provided, and he took time to seek out matching fabric to make sure the job was done on time. The price was fair for the project, and he keep me updated on any additional costs.
