For our non-insured customers, having a locally owned business allows us to price our glass competitively, so please call or email us for a quote. We use Original Equipment (OE) quality glass. Dealer glass is available upon request, with insurance authorization. All of our installations and repairs are supported with a lifetime warranty on the workmanship provided. We work with several insurance agents, over 30 automobile dealerships and several fleet accounts across the metro. For your convenience, we have flexible hours, we offer free mobile service, or you may also choose to drop off your vehicle at one of our several locations. I felt the service was excellent.  Installer showed up exactly as promised.  In fact, he called ahead to say he had a cancellation and was able to come earlier than expected.  Everything went fine and I felt that the cost was reasonable.  The only downside - the window wasn't very clean when he left with some adhesive and smearing inside and out.  It probably should have been cleaned a bit better.  That said, the car was parked on the north side of garage (outside) and there was no sun shining directly on it so may have been hard to tell that it wasn't spotless. 

Very pleasant company to deal with!

I used the services of Twin Cities Auto Glass. The service was covered by auto insurance. I like that they have a pleasant customer service contact. They could improve the knowledge that they needed, this is perhaps understandable but when you replace a windshield with a safety stuff that I have, it is a complicated process, if you change the windshield, everything has to be re-calibrated. They weren't familiar with it because this is probably the very first vehicle that they ever did that had this kind of complexity. I started out that they could replace it and drive it to another dealership but that dealership did not have the ability to do the reconfiguration and then I went into a third area and so it probably took about 2 weeks before the entire thing was finalized and the windshield was completed. It was one of those things that could have gone smoothly but it didn't because of all the technical issues that the people weren't familiar with.

Right from the first call I was pleased. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She initiated a claim with my insurance company because I have full glass coverage. Within 15 minutes, my claim was approved and we had scheduled an appointment. The install tech (Wes) came out and as he was prepping the new glass, he noticed a tiny manufacturer defect. He pointed it out to me, and said if it was OK to delay the install, he would come back another time with a different windshield. I probably would have never noticed the blemish, but he was so attentive to detail and professional that he did the right thing. A week later he came back with a new windshield that was perfect and the installation was done perfectly! I would use them again in a heartbeat. I have a mustang with a pony emblem on the glass and they were able to replace it with an exact factory-style windshield.

Jason was very nice, very careful. I have a sports car and I'm a fanatic about upkeep and how it's treated. He treated it like it was his own and did a very nice job. He removed the parts without any damage to the vehicle.
