Never received a call back. No estimate. Even a "no bid" or that job is too small for us would have been nice to know.

"Upon my review of all incoming phone call that is recorded in company log book I could not find or locate this incoming estimate request. Countryside normal procedure on gas line estimates is that we gather phone information and then give a phone quotation if homeowner accepts phone quote then we provide the site visit to validate the phone quote."

We keep using their services because they are familiar with what we have at home and they have serviced our house for long. It has just been a regular annual check and it has been good long time relationship. We would use them in future if we need.

They were very quick to respond. They put a boiler system in during the winter time that went bad.

PETER FIEDLER CAME OUT AND EXAMINED MY PLACE. HE HAD A PLEASANT DISPOSITION. HOWEVER, I THOUGHT THAT THE QUOTE I RECEIVED FROM HIM BY MAIL WAS A BIT TOO FANCY-SCHMANCY FOR MY NEEDS SO I WENT WITH RESIDENTIAL HEATING.

THE FIRST TECHNICIAN THAT STOPPED MISDIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM. THE SECOND TECHNICIAN (DIFFERENT)REPLACED THE ON-OFF SWITCH, WHICH WORKED FOR ABOUT 9 MONTHS, THEN THE SWITCH TOTALLY FELL APART. I WAS CHARGED $75 FOR A CHEAP SWITCH THAT NO LONGER WORKS. I CONTACTED BETH AT COUNTRYSIDE HEATING REGARDING A POSSIBLILTY OF REPLACING THE SWITCH AS A WARRANTY. SHE WAS GOING TO CHECK ON THE WARRANTY AND CALL BACK. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I CALLED BACK 6 WEEKS LATER AND SPOKE TO PHIL, WHO SPOKE WITH CRAIG. THEY EVENTUALLY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $75 TO REPLACE THE SWITCH. I THINK THIS IS UNFAIR AND COUNTRYSIDE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

"I check the computer service records and shows that we provided service 1-14-04. The details are that we replace the rocker switch with a round switch for $75.00 which is a fair price for a service call and switch. Electrical repair parts are warranty for 90 days which is stated on all service invoices."

LATE FOR FIRST APPOINTMENT AND DIDN'T CALL TO NOTIFY. I HAD TO RESCHEDULE. LATE FOR RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THE WORK WAS QUOTED AT $200 TO $300. THE BILL FOR SAME PART AND SERVICE WAS FOR $393. THIS WAS THE THIRD CALL TO THE SAME COMPANY FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY CHARGED ME FOR DIFFERENT FIXES TO THE SAME PROBLEM THE FIRST TWO TIMES. SO, I PAID FOR THREE SERVICE CALLS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THEN I FOUND THAT THE PART THEY INSTALLED WAS FAULTY. THIS WAS DISCOVERED ON THE FOURTH TRIP. THE FIFTH TRIP INSTALLED THE NEW PART. AT LEAST I HAVEN'T BEEN CHARGED ON TRIPS FOUR AND FIVE. THIS IS GETTING SO BAD ITS FUNNY. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. VERY POOR OVERALL EXPERIENCE. MY WIFE DOES STATE THOUGH THAT THE TECHNICIAN (BEN) HAS BEEN FRIENDLY.

"our service history show that we were there 3/04 for a dirty/plug air filter for $69.00 12/04 upon arrival furnace was operating properly. We check the complete ignition system and recommended that we should replace the control module for $393.00. 11/05 we provided a furnace clean and check for $258.00, $296.00 for recommended repair parts. The fact is that when the system is operating normally, it does become a educated guess of which we are honest in our discussion with the homeowner."

THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLY PRICED, GOOD CLEANUP, AND EAGER TO PLEASE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
